Overview

The studio brings more than 100 models for video, image, audio and text into one app, drawing on providers that include OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Anthropic, xAI, ByteDance, Runway, ElevenLabs and Black Forest Labs. That range suits creators who move between formats, but it also makes the credit system central to choosing a plan. getvivix shows the credit cost before a generation and says it reverses deductions for failed generations, giving users a way to judge each run and limiting losses from failures.

Caption Studio is a more defined workflow: it transcribes video with OpenAI Whisper, lets users edit transcript text and timing, then exports vertical MP4s with burned-in captions in 17 templates. That makes it relevant to short-form publishers who need captioned clips, though it is not presented as a general-purpose video editor.

Key features

Models, credits and API

Access to models across four media types makes getvivix a flexible starting point for experimenting with different outputs. The trade-off is that a shared credit wallet makes consumption important: free credits reset monthly, paid-plan credits expire at the billing-cycle end, and one-time credit packs are valid for 90 days. API access covers image, video, voice and lipsync models, but requires Pro or Ultimate; API usage comes from the same credit wallet rather than a separate allowance.

Caption Studio and safeguards

Transcript and timing edits make Caption Studio more useful than a simple automatic-caption export when a clip needs correction before publishing. Face and voice features are consent-gated, and personalized voice creation requires consent. The FAQ also says prompts and outputs are not used to train AI models, generation history is private by default, and public sharing is opt-in.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free forever and includes 3 signup credits, 1 clip credit, access to all models and watermarked outputs. It is a low-commitment way to explore the studio, but the small credit allotment and personal-use-only rights for free outputs make it a poor fit for sustained or commercial production.

The Standard or Pro trial costs 1.00 USD once for three days. It provides 10% of the selected plan’s monthly credits, with the $1 credited toward the first month; at trial end, the remaining $9 for Standard or $14 for Pro is charged unless cancelled. The short trial is useful for checking a chosen tier, but requires attention to the cancellation deadline.

Standard costs 10.00 USD per month for 1,000 credits and 80 clip credits monthly, all models, no watermark and a commercial license. It is the entry paid tier for commercial use, though the monthly credit and clip caps may constrain frequent production. Pro costs 15.00 USD per month and raises those allowances to 1,500 credits and 120 clip credits, adding priority processing; it also includes a commercial license. Pro Plus costs 30.00 USD per month for 3,000 credits and 240 clip credits, with priority processing and commercial licensing. It suits heavier workflows that can use the larger monthly pool.

Ultimate costs 50.00 USD per month and includes 5,000 credits, 400 clip credits, priority processing, all models and the highest quality lanes. It is the largest listed monthly allowance, but that is most useful to users with sustained demand for generation. The 1,000-credit pack costs 10.00 USD once, the 2,500-credit pack 25.00 USD once, and the 5,000-credit pack 50.00 USD once; each is valid for 90 days. Packs offer a one-time alternative to a monthly tier, but their credits still expire. Paid outputs are licensed for commercial use, subject to restrictions that underlying model providers may impose.

Platforms

getvivix is available on the web, Android and iOS. The web app is responsive on phones and tablets; native iOS and Android apps are on the late-2026 roadmap, so mobile access currently means using the web experience rather than a native app.

Who it's for

The breadth is most relevant to content creators, social-ad marketers, storytellers and founders who want to move between media-generation tasks, and Caption Studio gives short-form publishers a concrete finishing workflow. Indie game developers, researchers and educators are also among the intended audiences. It is less compelling for someone who needs a single specialist tool, predictable uncapped output, or commercial rights without moving beyond the free tier.

Pros and cons

Pros: One app covers more than 100 models across video, image, audio and text, reducing the need to switch among separate generation interfaces.
Pros: Caption Studio combines transcription, editable text and timing, and captioned vertical exports in 17 templates.
Pros: Up-front credit costs and reversals for failed generations help users manage generation spend.
Cons: Free access is limited to 3 signup credits and 1 clip credit, with watermarks and personal-use rights.
Cons: Paid credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, while credit packs expire after 90 days.
Cons: API access starts at Pro or Ultimate and draws from the same wallet as app usage.

Alternatives

For a broader set of book-cover options, browse AI Book Cover Generators. Choose Coverfairy if you want a cross-platform cover tool with free watermarked drafts and a one-time Week Pass. BookCover AI is a web alternative with a free tier of 10 credits for up to 10 covers in four basic styles. BookCoverDesign.ai offers a web-based Standard plan at 9.99 USD per month with 500 monthly credits and watermark-free downloads.

Cover Studio AI is worth considering for paperback, hardcover and eBook layouts, with trim and spine calculations and PDF and Kindle exports in its free Draft tier. CoverForge offers unlimited watermarked design previews in its free tier before a one-time purchase for a single cover. Entangled Text AI Book Cover Generator, Publbee Cover Studio and C2Story are other listed alternatives.

Verdict

getvivix is a good fit for creators who need access to multiple AI media types and value a built-in captioning workflow, especially if they can plan around expiring credits. Its main reason to look elsewhere is the credit-based ceiling on recurring use, compounded by provider-specific commercial restrictions; users seeking a dedicated book-cover workflow should compare the specialist alternatives.
