Overview

fynk brings contract creation, review, signing and follow-up into a cloud platform. Reusable templates can standardize recurring documents, while approvals, reminders, automations and renewal tracking help keep agreements moving after drafting. That breadth makes it a better fit for organizations managing a steady flow of contracts than for someone who only needs to sign the occasional PDF.

Legal, finance and sales teams can share a common source of truth for agreements. The platform also connects contract work to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Its MCP server allows AI tools to handle contracts without opening the fynk app, and fynk says agreement data stays within the platform during assistant use.

Key features

AI-assisted contract work

AI features can analyze, summarize, review and search contracts, as well as create contract documents. This can support teams working with agreements at several stages, but AI activity draws on monthly credits rather than unlimited use. The Free plan includes 50 credits per user each month, Essential includes 150, and Business includes 250; credits reset monthly.

Signing and contract workflows

Built-in signatures support SES, AES and QES, and users can upload PDFs and send them directly for signature. Approvals, automations, reminders and renewal tracking address the work around execution. These capabilities are most valuable when contracts require handoffs and follow-up, rather than just a one-time signature.

Templates and capacity

Reusable templates let teams save recurring document structures. All plans offer unlimited documents subject to fair use, so the stated constraint is not a fixed document quota. The practical distinctions between tiers instead include users, AI credits and, at the top end, support and security features.

Pricing

fynk has a Free plan and a 14-day trial. Paid plans support monthly or yearly payment, with yearly plans advertised as saving up to 34%.

Free — €0.00 per free: intended for individuals and freelancers, with one user, 50 AI credits per user per month and unlimited documents subject to fair use. It offers a no-cost way for a solo user to try contract workflows, but its single-account cap rules it out for a team.
Essential — €19.00 per month: aimed at small teams and professionals, with 150 AI credits per user per month. It is the entry paid tier for moving beyond one user; its lower credit allowance suits teams with moderate AI use.
Business — €39.00 per month: includes 250 AI credits per user per month. The higher allowance makes it the more suitable paid option for teams expecting heavier AI-assisted contract work.
Pro — custom pricing: adds a dedicated success manager, individual training sessions, SAML/SSO, a customizable SLA and DPA, and priority support. It is geared to organizations that need greater support or enterprise-oriented controls, rather than buyers seeking a published fixed price.

Unlimited documents subject to fair use is a useful capacity policy across the plans, but it does not remove the monthly AI-credit limits. Buyers should match expected AI activity and team needs to the relevant tier.

Platforms

fynk is a cloud-based web platform with API access. It is presented with an app and external AI-tool connections, but the listed platform access is web and API, not a set of dedicated mobile-platform listings.

Who it's for

fynk is a strong fit for individuals starting a contract process and small teams that need templates, approvals, signing and renewal follow-up in one place. Organizations connecting contract work to AI tools may also value its integrations and MCP server, particularly with the stated boundary that agreement data stays within the platform during assistant use.

It is less compelling for someone who only needs occasional PDF signatures, or for a team that needs multiple users without a paid plan. Teams with substantial AI activity should also account for the per-user monthly credit allowances.

Pros and cons

Pros: Covers drafting through signing and renewal, which reduces the need to treat each contract stage as a separate workflow.
Pros: Supports SES, AES and QES signatures and direct PDF signing, useful for teams handling varied signing needs.
Pros: Connects with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with an MCP server for contract work through AI tools.
Pros: Unlimited documents subject to fair use avoids a fixed document count across plans.
Cons: Free is limited to one user, so collaboration requires a paid plan.
Cons: AI use is capped by monthly credits, including 50 on Free, which may constrain frequent analysis or search.
Cons: Pro uses custom pricing, making it harder to compare against fixed-price tiers before contacting the seller.

Alternatives

Zoho Contracts is worth considering when a small group wants a free tier for up to three users and can work within its 10-contract, five-counterparty and one-approval-workflow limits. Its free plan also includes two built-in templates.

Contractbook may suit a buyer comparing a different freemium contract platform, with an Essential plan described for one user, 100 signed contracts a year and five templates.

Oneflow is an option for teams focused on PDF agreements: its Free plan includes unlimited PDF contracts, while its paid Business and Enterprise plans have minimums of five and ten users, respectively.

OpenCLM may fit buyers who want a self-hosted option and a free plan with one user, unlimited contracts and five e-signatures per month.

Legito is another freemium option with a free plan that includes document lifecycle management, customizable workflows and approvals, and electronic signatures.

Common Paper may work for users whose agreement volume fits its free allowance of two agreements per month, or its Startup allowance of 10 agreements per user per month.

Trackado is an alternative for users who can work within a free tier of one user, 15 contracts and two custom fields.

Docusign CLM is an alternative for buyers willing to contact sales for pricing.

Verdict

Choose fynk if you want a cloud contract workspace that joins AI-assisted drafting and review with signatures, approvals and renewal tracking. Its most important trade-off is the one-user Free cap and the monthly AI-credit budget, so teams should expect to pay and match their tier to their usage. For a solo professional or a small team standardizing contract work, that combination is the clearest reason to choose it; for occasional signing or a team unwilling to pay for shared access, look elsewhere.
