Overview

Plot’s clinic setup brings services with indicative prices, clinician profiles, first-visit guidance, policies, contact details, a map and opening hours together in a patient-facing website. Patients request a time and receive confirmation by email, while the practice sets available days and hours and how far ahead requests can be made. That gives a practice control over its booking window, but the flow is a request, not an automatically confirmed appointment.

Key features

Clinic pages and editing

Plot says it offers 168 designs, with booking, menus, galleries and team sections supported across every design. Users can edit, replace or rearrange sections in the live editor without changing other sections, a useful way to refine a clinic site while preserving its overall layout. Patient forms and clinician profiles are supported.

AI generation and limits

Plot creates a site from a business description and supports live editing with AI. Monthly generation allowances differ by plan; after reaching them, users can still edit and publish, but cannot generate new AI content until the next billing cycle. The free build-and-preview tier lets users try all sections and themes without a card, but publishing requires payment.

Privacy and support

Plot says it hashes account passwords, uses one essential sign-in cookie, and does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It says personal data is processed under the EU GDPR, with rights including access, correction, erasure, portability, objection and restriction; transfers outside the EU/EEA use safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Content users choose to generate with AI is sent to Google through Cloudflare AI Gateway and Cloudflare Workers AI. Starter has basic email support; Business offers priority email support with a stated response time under 24 hours, and Studio includes a 30-minute onboarding video call.

Pricing

Plot has a free build-and-preview option and monthly and annual paid plans. The free tier includes unlimited building and previewing, all sections and themes, and requires no card, but does not publish a site.

Starter: $19.99 per month, or $191.88 per year. It includes one published site on a Plot subdomain, 5 AI generations, 30 AI regenerations and 10 AI-generated images per month, plus basic email support. It is the entry point for a single practice willing to use a Plot subdomain; it does not include a custom domain or unlimited bookings.
Business: $29.99 per month, or $287.88 per year. It includes one custom domain, 15 AI generations, 100 AI regenerations and 50 AI-generated images per month, unlimited bookings, email marketing campaigns and priority email support. This is the better fit for a practice that wants its own domain and more booking and AI capacity.
Studio: $49.99 per month. It includes three sites with custom domains, unlimited bookings on every site, 30 pooled AI generations, 300 AI regenerations and 200 AI-generated images per month, plus a 30-minute onboarding video call. Its higher price is most relevant to operators managing several sites; the monthly plan provides three domains, unlike the single-domain Business plan.

Starter’s lower price comes with a Plot subdomain and no stated unlimited-booking allowance. Business and Studio both specify unlimited bookings. Annual prices are provided for Starter and Business only. AI image, generation and regeneration quotas remain plan-specific, so frequent AI use may make the cheaper tier restrictive.

Platforms

Plot is web-based. Plot names Cloudflare for hosting, database, file storage and content delivery, and Google via Cloudflare AI Gateway and Cloudflare Workers AI for text and image generation.

Who it's for

Plot is aimed at clinics and practices, with a dental clinic as its example. It makes sense for a small practice that wants a clinic-oriented website, patient forms, clinician profiles and a controlled appointment-request flow. It is less suitable for a clinic that needs bookings confirmed without email follow-up or for a practice that needs a custom domain on the cheapest paid plan.

Pros and cons

Pros: Clinic-specific sections bring services, staff, policies and first-visit information into one site, while independent section editing lets users revise parts without disturbing the rest.
Pros: Business and Studio include unlimited bookings, and the practice controls days, hours and the booking horizon.
Pros: The free tier allows unlimited building and previewing with all sections and themes before a publishing commitment.
Cons: Patients request appointment times and receive email confirmation, rather than booking an automatically confirmed slot.
Cons: Starter publishes only to a Plot subdomain, and AI allowances stop new generation when exhausted until the next billing cycle.

Alternatives

Therapy.Page is a web-based free option with no paid tiers and a custom domain included, making it worth considering for readers prioritizing a free website and custom domain. Willow Practice offers a free individual therapist profile with a basic SEO setup and booking button, a narrower fit for an individual therapist. Latrexa has a free plan for one doctor and a Starter plan for up to two doctors at 499.00 INR per month, so it is an alternative for readers comparing doctor-count tiers. FrontDesk has a free plan with a booking page, dashboard, AI minutes, staff calling minutes and texts; compare it if those functions matter more than Plot’s clinic website setup. Practice Front offers a freemium plan structure and a yearly Essential subscription at 39.00 USD per month with contact management and channels, an alternative for readers focused on those functions. Brighter Vision is a paid web option with a Start plan at 99.00 USD per month and a $100 setup fee, for readers considering a higher-priced paid plan. Fabricate offers a free web app with 60 monthly credits and one app online at its own link, a more general app-building alternative. Fabricate offers a free plan with 60 monthly credits, one published project and one-click deployment, for readers seeking a web-based project builder. The Medical Website Builders, Dental Website Builders, Gym Website Builder Software, Fitness Website Builders, Photography Website Builders and Portfolio Website Builders lists provide other category-specific options.

Verdict

Choose Plot if your clinic needs a patient-facing website with editable sections, clinic information and appointment requests under a plan with defined AI allowances. Its strongest case is the clinic-specific setup and the ability to keep editing after AI quotas run out. Look elsewhere if you need automatic appointment confirmation or want a custom domain without moving beyond Starter.
