Overview

TrulyInbox prepares inboxes through a shared warmup network, custom schedules, and spam monitoring, while tracking deliverability and domain health. That makes it a stronger fit for teams seeking ongoing visibility alongside warmup than for buyers who only need a small volume of warmup activity. Its web and API platforms also suit teams that want to connect it to custom workflows.

Key features

Warmup and tracking

AI warmup messages can be tailored to more than 50 industries and 12 languages, with four strategies: AI Adaptive, Progressive, Random, and Flat. These options give teams control over how warmup is shaped, but the daily cap still limits total activity. Deliverability tracking covers 90 days, with ESP-level breakdowns, a score from 0 to 100, and an outreach readiness status. That combination can help teams monitor progress rather than relying on warmup volume alone.

Account health and connections

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX checks, domain and IP blacklist monitoring, setup scores, and guidance for failed checks extend the service beyond inbox activity. Accounts connect through Google or Microsoft OAuth or SMTP/IMAP, and the service supports 18+ email providers. This range accommodates varied account setups; the usefulness of the checks depends on teams acting on issues they surface.

Integrations, API, and security

REST API and webhook integrations support custom workflows and sales-tool connections. The Open API covers account management, warmup controls, deliverability checks, and activity reports, with a limit of 20 requests per minute per API key. The privacy policy describes TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access, and hosting on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. It also says regular business or personal email content is not read, stored, or analyzed outside warmup, and metadata from those emails is not collected.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, lasts forever, and includes one account, 10 warmup emails per day, and basic deliverability tracking. It is a cautious starting point, but too limited for teams preparing several inboxes or needing more than basic tracking.

Starter costs 22.00 USD per year, billed annually at $264/year, or $29/mo if paid monthly. It allows unlimited accounts and 200 warmup emails per day, and is best suited for 3 inboxes. The account count is generous, but the daily quota is the tighter constraint. Growth costs 84.00 USD per year, billed annually at $1,008/year, or $99/mo if paid monthly; it raises the cap to 1,000 emails per day and is best suited for 15 inboxes. Scale costs 169.00 USD per year, billed annually at $2,028/year, or $199/mo if paid monthly; its 3,000-email daily cap is aimed at 50 inboxes. Scale Plus costs 407.00 USD per year, billed annually at $4,884/year, or $479/mo if paid monthly; it shows 5,000 warmup emails per day and a 65% reply rate, and is best suited for 100 inboxes.

Paid plans include a 7-day trial without a required credit card, and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Free users receive self-service support; Starter has a 48-hour response tier, while higher paid tiers offer 24-hour email and chat support. The monthly payment option costs more than annual billing at every paid tier, so teams should weigh flexibility against the stated annual price.

Platforms

TrulyInbox is available on web and through its API. Google and Microsoft OAuth and SMTP/IMAP connections broaden the email account options, while the API and webhooks support integrations for custom workflows.

Who it's for

Sales teams, recruiters, marketers, agencies, and businesses running cold outreach or campaigns are the clearest fit. Starter may suit a small operation around three inboxes; Growth and Scale raise capacity for larger setups. The free plan is better for a single account and modest warmup needs. Teams without a use for deliverability checks or warmup controls have less reason to pay for this combination.

Pros and cons

Pro: Warmup strategies, industry and language coverage, and custom schedules give teams meaningful ways to shape inbox preparation.
Pro: Deliverability history, authentication checks, and blacklist monitoring pair warmup with broader account-health visibility.
Pro: Unlimited accounts on Starter, Growth, and Scale leave daily email quotas—not account count—as the stated capacity limit.
Con: The free tier is capped at one account and 10 warmup emails per day, limiting its value for multi-inbox outreach.
Con: Paid plans are substantially more expensive when billed monthly than annually, and the annual totals require a larger commitment.
Con: Starter's 200 warmup emails per day may be restrictive for teams managing many active inboxes despite unlimited accounts.

Verdict

Choose TrulyInbox if your outreach team needs warmup, domain and account-health checks, and deliverability tracking across multiple inboxes. Its main advantage is putting those functions together, with API options for custom workflows. Look elsewhere if you need higher warmup volume at a lower monthly outlay, or if annual billing and the plan-specific daily caps do not fit your operation.
