Overview

Flexitive brings design variation and distribution into a repeatable workflow. Designs can adapt to fixed dimensions or responsive sizes, and Dynamic Design Production can produce versions for different demographics, languages, and locations. That makes it more useful for campaign teams with recurring production needs than for someone making an occasional one-off graphic.

Automatic resizing, dynamic creative, and brand controls support that production focus. The trade-off is that key capacity is tiered: Free is restricted to static JPG exports, while paid plans can add omnichannel export credit packages. Enterprise adds APIs and single sign-on for organizations that need more automation or centralized access.

Key features

Responsive and data-connected designs

Text, images, and video can connect to a customer's database, allowing changes to flow across designs. Paired with responsive sizing and audience-specific variations, this can reduce repetitive updates when campaigns need many related versions. It is a meaningful advantage for structured production, but less compelling if the work rarely changes or only requires a single asset.

Formats and distribution

Exports include HTML5, MP4 video, animated GIF, JPG, PNG, and layered PDF. Support for exports to more than 40 ad servers and DSPs, including Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk, gives campaign teams broad distribution options. HTML5 content can include screen-reader support through aria labels, alt text, and adjustable tab order, a useful accessibility capability for teams producing HTML5 creative.

Automation and support

Enterprise APIs cover data feeds, master designs, automated variations, and bulk live-file exports. Those capabilities are relevant when a larger operation needs to automate production; they are not part of the lower tiers. Enterprise also includes single sign-on. Flexitive provides a support portal and directs users with issues to support@flexitive.com.

Pricing

Flexitive has a free plan and paid per-user plans. Free costs 0.00 USD per free, allows a maximum of one user, and includes five static JPG export credits per month. That is enough to explore a limited static workflow, but not much capacity for regular campaign output.

Premium: $29 /user/month billed annually or $34 /user/month billed monthly; maximum one user. Paid plans can add an Omnichannel Export Credit Package. Premium fits an individual who needs more than the free plan's narrow static-export allowance.
Teams: $59 /user/month billed annually or $74 /user/month billed monthly; minimum two users. It fits a small team that needs multiple seats and can justify a higher per-user price for shared production. It also offers the option to add an Omnichannel Export Credit Package.
Enterprise: from $89 /user/month billed annually; minimum five users. It is aimed at larger organizations that need APIs or single sign-on, with an Omnichannel Export Credit Package available as an add-on.

The Enterprise price is custom pricing from $89 /user/month billed annually. The listed paid plans do not give a number of export credits, so teams should account for the cost of any additional package when estimating production needs.

Platforms

Flexitive is available on the web and as a desktop app for Windows and Mac. The browser app can be accessed using Chrome. That gives teams a choice between browser access and desktop availability on the two stated operating systems.

Who it's for

Flexitive is a strong fit for brands and agencies that routinely make many campaign versions and distribute them across ad formats or platforms. Database-linked elements, responsive sizing, and variation generation address the repeated work such campaigns create. It is less suited to occasional design work, especially if a user expects broad export capacity without paying for a plan or additional credits.

Pros and cons

Pro: Designs can adapt to fixed or responsive sizes, and variations can target different demographics, languages, and locations, supporting campaign reuse.
Pro: Database-linked text, images, and video can update across designs, reducing repeated changes when source content changes.
Pro: A wide range of file exports and support for more than 40 ad servers and DSPs give production teams flexibility in delivery.
Con: Free is limited to five static JPG export credits per month, which makes it a constrained option for active production.
Con: Premium is capped at one user, while Teams starts at two users and Enterprise at five, so the seat structure may not suit every organization.
Con: APIs and single sign-on are reserved for Enterprise, putting advanced automation and access management behind the highest tier.

Alternatives

Ad Design Software is the broader category to browse when comparing tools for ad creation.

Choose Google Web Designer if a no-cost tool intended for business use is the priority; it is available on Linux, Mac, and Windows, while Flexitive emphasizes responsive, data-linked production and variation generation.

Adacado offers a free start with 300 free impressions per day per advertiser and 120 days of free advertising per advertiser, alongside static or dynamic ads and unlimited advertisers. Consider it when that impression-based free offer suits your needs better than Flexitive's five monthly static JPG export credits.

BannerBoo has a free web plan capped at four banners, 15,000 embedded ad views, 100 Mb storage, and JPG/PNG export. It is a simpler alternative to consider when those limits fit the work better than Flexitive's production-oriented workflow.

Marpipe offers free catalog creative and feed management plans; choose it when those specific free offerings better match your needs than Flexitive's limited static-export plan.

Quickads offers a free DIY Creatives plan with an ad research library, one saved brand kit, AI image and video ads, and basic analytics. Consider it if those tools are a closer fit than Flexitive's focus on responsive, database-connected production.

Adzymic is another option to consider for creative support and Smart Surveys.

Pencil has a Core plan at $11.00 USD per month billed per month, billed annually, with 50 generations per month, one workspace, and chat support. It may suit someone looking for a lower-priced plan with a stated generation allowance rather than Flexitive's responsive and data-linked workflow.

Thunder Experience Cloud is another web-based alternative.

Verdict

Choose Flexitive if your brand or agency repeatedly adapts creative across placements and audiences and can benefit from database-linked updates and broad ad-platform exports. Its combination of responsive designs, variations, and distribution support is the core reason to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need an inexpensive multi-user setup or substantial free exporting: the Free plan's five static JPG credits are limited, and the paid seat minimums rise quickly for teams.
