Overview

The product connects requests and bookings to technician assignments, quotes, invoices and payments. That breadth can reduce the need to coordinate these tasks across separate tools, especially for service businesses handling recurring field operations. Calendar scheduling, vehicle dispatch and live location tracking address the practical work of assigning and following jobs, rather than just recording appointments.

Customer management covers client details, requests, bookings and notifications. Customizable quotes and invoices, with automated email or text follow-ups, help carry a job from estimate toward payment. Whether that combination is useful depends on the team's workflow: a business that needs only a simple calendar or invoicing tool may not need the full service-management scope.

Key features

Scheduling and dispatch: Real-time scheduling, technician assignments, route optimization, reminders and GPS tracking support teams coordinating multiple visits. Vehicle dispatch and live location tracking make this a more relevant fit for mobile crews than for businesses scheduling only office-based appointments.
Field mobile tools: iOS and Android apps provide job details, time tracking, photos, signatures, messaging and offline work. Offline access matters when crews cannot rely on a steady connection, while capturing job information on site can keep office and field work connected.
Quotes and invoices: Customizable documents and automated email or text follow-ups support the move from estimate to billing. Basic invoicing is included in Free, while Basic adds quotes and invoices as a named feature alongside time and expenses.
Integrations: The directory includes QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Xero. This range may help connect scheduling, accounting or marketing workflows, though the plan details do not identify which integrations are included at each tier.
Security and privacy: Fieldified says it encrypts data at rest and in transit, requires MFA for admin system access, monitors continuously and conducts independent vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. It describes GDPR-supporting controls for access, correction, deletion, export, consent tracking and processing logs, while leaving customers responsible for their legal basis and compliant data use.

Pricing

Fieldified has a free plan, an unlimited free trial with usage limits and no credit card required to start, and paid plans from $49. The trial is a way to evaluate the service, not a promise of unrestricted use.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: Includes scheduling, invoicing, CRM and reporting, with certain usage limits. It is a sensible starting point for a small operation testing whether the core workflow fits, but usage caps may constrain a team relying on it for ongoing volume.
Basic — 49.00 USD per month: Billed for 5 users; additional users cost $5/user. It adds online job booking and scheduling, quotes and invoices, time and expenses, Client Hub, custom fields and automated reminders and follow-ups. This is the clearest step up for a small crew that needs customer-facing booking and routine job administration.
Standard — 119.00 USD per month: Billed for 10 users, with additional users at $5/user. Job costing, automatic time tracking, advanced quote customization, two-way SMS and calling, a website and a reporting suite broaden the operational picture. The larger allowance and job-costing tools make it more suitable for a growing team that needs to track work economics and communicate with customers from the workflow.
Premium — 199.00 USD per month: Billed for 15 users, with additional users at $5/user. Marketing Suite, dedicated onboarding, AI Receptionist, a guided API walkthrough, custom workflow automations and Zapier integration are aimed at businesses needing more automation and implementation help. Smaller teams may find Basic or Standard a better match unless these higher-tier capabilities are central to their operation.

All plans include customer support. The published plan details do not give a billing commitment beyond the monthly terms shown, so buyers should compare the included seats and usage limits with their expected workload before choosing.

Platforms

Fieldified supports web, iOS, Android and API access. The mobile apps' offline work support is useful for crews in areas with unreliable connectivity; the platform also supports calendar scheduling and live location tracking.

Who it's for

Fieldified targets contractors and service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and cleaning companies. It is strongest for teams that need an office-to-field process spanning customer management, scheduling, dispatch and billing. Businesses with more users should account for the $5/user charge above each plan's included allowance; those with minimal field coordination may be paying for capabilities they do not need.

Pros and cons

Pro: Customer records, scheduling, dispatch and billing sit within one service workflow, reducing the need to manage those core tasks in isolation.
Pro: Mobile job details, photos, signatures and offline work support technicians who need to capture job progress away from the office.
Pro: Paid tiers scale included seats from 5 to 15, with defined $5/user add-ons, making team-size costs easier to assess.
Con: Free has usage limits, so it may not sustain a busy operation without moving to a paid tier.
Con: Basic and Standard add seats in fixed allowances; teams beyond those limits face per-user charges.
Con: The more advanced workflow, marketing and onboarding tools are concentrated in Premium, which may be more than smaller contractors require.

Alternatives

The linked alternatives focus on referral management rather than field service operations. Choose one when referrals and partner programs are the main problem to solve, instead of dispatching technicians and billing jobs.

GrowSurf has a free plan with no monthly subscription and a 3% success fee, plus limits of 1,000,000 participants and 5 affiliate programs; it is the better fit when that referral-program model matches your needs.
ReferralHero offers a free plan capped at 25 subscribers with PRO features and ReferralHero branding, so it may suit a small referral program that needs a low-commitment start.
Referral OS is open source and self-hosted as well as web-based; choose it if reviewing, modifying and hosting the code yourself is a priority.
RefRef offers a free cloud plan with unlimited programs and participants, reward automation and affiliate management, making it a more direct fit for those referral workflows.
RQ offers a free core referral-management plan for ICAEW member firms; that audience-specific option is worth considering for eligible firms.
Extole has a free option for current customers generating less than $10M in revenue; merchants outside that stated eligibility should consider another option.
PartnerPortal.io has a free plan limited to 5 partners, 10 leads, 10 resources and 1 team member, with a Professional plan at 249.00 USD per month; it suits teams managing partner relationships rather than field jobs.
HealthViewX Referral Management offers a freemium plan capped at 30 patients and a premium plan with pricing shared by its business development team; consider it for referral management in a patient-focused context.

For trade-specific browsing, see Carpet Cleaning Software, Tree Service Software, Septic Service Software and Pressure Washing Software. The Job Costing Software list may help teams prioritizing job costs, while Referral Management Software is relevant if referrals are the main requirement.

Verdict

Fieldified is a strong candidate for contractors and home-service teams that need customer records, scheduling, dispatch and job billing tied together, with mobile tools that support work away from the office. Its free plan provides a limited entry point, and its paid tiers make seat allowances and per-user additions clear. Look elsewhere if your core need is referral management, or if your team does not need a broader field-service workflow.
