Overview

Everfit is a fitness-coaching platform for independent trainers and businesses that need workout programming, client communication and practice-management tools in one service. It is strongest for coaches who want clients to track workouts and progress through companion apps, with web access for coaches too. Its breadth suits a growing coaching operation better than someone who only needs a simple workout log.

Clients use the mobile app for workouts, reminders, progress charts and nutrition tracking, while coaches can plan workouts, message clients and review stats. Clients pay only what their coach charges, not a separate Everfit fee.

Key features

Workout programming, goals and progress tracking, forms and assessments, group coaching, and session and class scheduling cover much of the day-to-day coaching workflow. Appointment booking lets clients schedule sessions; integrated payments support one-time or recurring charges, discount codes and free trials. That range can reduce the need to manage coaching and billing in separate tools, though it may be more than a solo trainer needs for basic programming.

Custom branding on Pro and Studio lets coaches apply logos, workout backgrounds and color schemes in the client app. White-label branded apps can launch on iOS and Android. Pro also includes team-member management and a portal for team performance. Enterprise adds API integrations for membership and payment systems, automated client management, 24/7 support and a strategic customer success manager, making it the tier aimed at larger operations rather than solo coaches.

Everfit offers chat and email support, a Help Center and the Power Hour blog. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so a change does not apply immediately.

Pricing

The Starter plan is free forever and caps a coach at five clients. That is a useful way for a new or part-time coach to start without a subscription, but the client ceiling limits its usefulness as a practice grows.

Pro starts at 16.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with pricing varying by client count and a stated starting threshold of five clients. It is the entry paid option for coaches who need team features or app branding. Studio starts at 88.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with pricing varying by client count and a starting threshold of 50 clients; it is aimed at larger practices, and includes On-Demand Collections.

Several paid extras are priced separately: Payments & Packages is 9.00 USD per month, On-Demand Collections is 25.00 USD per month outside Studio, and Meal Plans & Recipe Books is 39.00 USD per month. Autoflow costs 29.00 USD per month based on actual usage, is available on Pro and Studio, and covers the first 30 Autoflow clients. These add-ons can make the core plan less costly to enter, but coaches should account for the tools they need when comparing total spend.

Enterprise has custom pricing and is intended for brands, corporate wellness programs and creators managing 500+ clients. Monthly and annual billing are available, with annual billing saving 16%. A 30-day free trial requires only an email signup and no credit card.

Platforms

Everfit supports Android, iOS and web. Both coaches and clients have iOS and Android apps, and coaches can also use the web; Smart Response has web and mobile access. Having mobile apps on both sides supports clients following plans on the go while coaches manage programming and communication across devices.

Who it's for

Everfit fits personal trainers and coaching businesses that want programming, progress tracking, scheduling and payments connected to client-facing apps. The free five-client allowance is a sensible starting point for a small roster; Pro and Studio become more relevant as a coach needs team management, branded apps or capacity for more clients. Coaches seeking only basic tracking may find the broader package unnecessary, while businesses managing 500 or more clients can consider Enterprise.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free Starter plan supports up to five clients, giving small practices room to begin without a subscription.
Pros: Workout delivery, progress charts, nutrition tracking, scheduling and payment processing bring client and business tasks together.
Pros: Pro and Studio branding and white-label apps let coaching businesses put their identity in the client experience.
Cons: Starter's five-client cap is restrictive once a coach's roster grows.
Cons: Client-count pricing and separate paid add-ons mean the entry plan price may not reflect the cost of the features a coach needs.
Cons: Enterprise is the relevant option for 500+ clients, putting its custom-priced tier beyond the straightforward self-serve choice for small practices.
