Overview

A real-time dashboard and live whiteboard bring schedules, patient status, staff notes, and room assignments into a shared view. That gives teams more than an appointment list for coordinating a busy clinic. NaVetor runs on the web, iOS, and Android.

Every plan includes unlimited data storage and automatic backups, plus free data conversion, training, and 90-day onboarding support. Patterson says it handles migration, conversion, training, and go-live support at no extra charge, with most practices live within 30 days. That support is valuable for clinics changing systems, though the 90-day onboarding period is finite.

Key features

Scheduling and clinic coordination

The calendar supports drag-and-drop appointments, multiple doctors and rooms, recurring visits, and block scheduling. Automated reminders can be sent by email and SMS, while clients can book through a clinic website or client portal. This is a practical combination for practices coordinating several providers and repeat visits; clinics needing only a basic calendar may not need the broader suite.

Records, telemedicine, and diagnostics

SOAP records connect with treatment plans, charge capture, and client communications, keeping clinical documentation tied to related care and billing tasks. Video visits can launch from a patient record, with notes, charges, and prescriptions captured in that workflow. Two-way integrations with IDEXX, Antech, and Zoetis let practices order tests and receive results through NaVetor, a useful fit for clinics that want diagnostics connected to practice operations.

Integrations and Atlas

The integration list also includes Asteris PACS, Patterson Pay, CareCredit, eShelf, Vetsource, Weave, Talkatoo, PetLink, and HomeAgain. Atlas can look up practice information, help with inventory and scheduling, draft client communications, create lists, and identify business insights. NaVetor says Atlas queries use the practice’s own data and that none of the data is shared externally.

Pricing

NaVetor has a 15-day trial and a free option tied to Patterson Pay. Patterson Pay is free when using Patterson payment services, includes full feature access, and is subject to transaction-volume eligibility. Practices should confirm they qualify before treating it as a dependable no-cost option.

Solo Practice: $200/mo for 1–3 users, with all features included. It is the entry paid tier for a small practice.
Growing Practice: $300/mo for 4–10 users, with all features included. It suits a larger team without changing feature access.
Mid-Size Clinic: $350/mo for 11–20 users, with all features included.
Large Practice: $400/mo for 21–30 users, with all features included.
Enterprise: Custom pricing starting at $550/mo for 31+ users, with all features included. Larger operations need to request a tailored price.

Paid tiers scale by user count rather than feature bundles, so lower-priced plans do not give up listed features; they cover fewer users. The price steps matter as staffing grows, and enterprise pricing is custom rather than a fixed monthly amount.

Platforms

NaVetor is available on web, iOS, and Android, giving practices desktop access alongside mobile apps.

Who it's for

NaVetor is a strong fit for veterinary practices from solo operators to enterprise clinics that want scheduling, records, telemedicine, diagnostics, and client workflows in one system. The included conversion, training, backups, and onboarding support make it particularly appealing to teams planning a software migration. It is less compelling for clinics that cannot use Patterson Pay but are seeking a free system, or for buyers who want a simple scheduler rather than practice-wide management.

Pros and cons

Pros: All plans include the full feature set, so user growth changes the tier without removing capabilities.
Pros: Unlimited storage, automatic backups, free conversion and training, and 90-day onboarding support reduce migration and setup burdens.
Pros: Records, video visits, reminders, booking, and diagnostic integrations connect several clinic workflows.
Cons: The free plan depends on Patterson Pay use and transaction-volume eligibility.
Cons: Monthly pricing rises with user count, and 31+ users move to custom pricing starting at $550/mo.

Verdict

Choose NaVetor if your practice wants a connected veterinary workflow and values migration, training, and onboarding included across every tier. Its strongest case is full feature access at each user-based price, paired with diagnostics and telemedicine in the same system. Look elsewhere if Patterson Pay eligibility is central to your free-plan decision or if the monthly price at your team size outweighs the benefit of the integrated suite.
