Overview

Dubb combines trackable video outreach with follow-up workflows and a separate AI sales agent. It is best suited to sales and customer-facing professionals who want video engagement signals connected to CRM and email activity. Its broad mix of tools is useful, but the Starter video cap and separately priced AI agent matter when comparing costs.

Key features

Video outreach and engagement

Users can share camera and screen videos with calls to action, email campaigns, automation, and a built-in CRM. Dubb tracks email opens, page views, video watch rates, and CTA clicks in real time, giving teams concrete signals for deciding when to follow up. The Chrome Extension records, hosts, shares, and tracks screen recordings from a browser; mobile recording and email follow-up also support outreach beyond the desktop.

Integrations and AI Sales Agent

Direct integrations include Gmail, LinkedIn, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier, while Dubb says it supports more than 3,000 integrations. That breadth can suit teams already working across several sales and marketing tools. The Sales Agent can research leads, verify email and phone information, update a CRM, triage inboxes, and run scheduled tasks. It is a separate offering rather than an included extension of the video plans.

Security and support

Dubb says communications use 256-bit TLS encryption, while shared content can use AES-256 and end-to-end encryption. Authentication options include SAML, OAuth, passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and support for enterprise identity platforms. Its security materials describe tools and processes intended to help with GDPR requirements and discuss HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PHIPA configurations. A support center is available, and the team typically responds to inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

Pricing

Dubb has a free Starter plan, paid video plans, and a separate AI Sales Agent subscription. Paid plans include a 7-day trial without a credit card.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Starter	0.00 USD per free	25 SD videos, video email and SMS, basic landing pages, mobile and desktop apps, and self-serve support. The 25MB upload limit and 25-video cap make this a bounded way to try the workflow, not a generous ongoing library.
Pro	499.00 USD per year, billed annually	Unlimited videos and HD quality. A fit for users who need more than Starter's 25 SD videos without moving to 4K.
Pro Plus	1080.00 USD per year, billed annually	Unlimited videos and 4K quality. It suits users for whom 4K is worth the higher annual price; the published plan details otherwise emphasize the same unlimited-video allowance as Pro.
Dubb Sales Agent	50.00 USD per month, billed separately from Dubb plans	50,000 AI credits each month; additional actions use credits. Buyers should account for this separate charge and usage-based credit limit rather than treating the agent as part of Pro or Pro Plus.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Volume pricing for large teams, dedicated account manager, admin and team controls, security and compliance controls, custom integrations and API, and SSO.

The published starting figure is $42/user/mo (annual). The free plan avoids a subscription but limits volume and resolution; Pro and Pro Plus remove the video cap, while the Sales Agent remains separately billed. Enterprise is the option for larger teams needing dedicated management and additional controls.

Platforms

Dubb supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, an extension, and API access. This range accommodates mobile recording as well as browser and desktop workflows.

Who it's for

Dubb is aimed at sales and marketing teams, customer support professionals, real estate, recruiting, and coaching. It makes the most sense when trackable video outreach, CRM sync, and follow-up automation belong in the same workflow. Teams that only need occasional video sharing may find the Starter cap restrictive, while organizations seeking the AI agent should budget for its separate fee and credits.

Pros and cons

Pros: Real-time tracking across opens, views, watch rates, and CTA clicks gives follow-up a measurable basis.
Pros: Video outreach connects to email campaigns, automation, CRM functions, and a wide range of integrations.
Pros: Starter offers a way to begin without payment and includes mobile and desktop apps, but preserves a 25-video and 25MB upload ceiling.
Cons: The AI Sales Agent costs 50.00 USD per month separately and additional actions consume credits, so its cost depends on use.
Cons: Starter is limited to 25 SD videos; unlimited video storage requires a paid video plan.

Alternatives

For a broader look at this category, compare Video Prospecting Software, Video Marketing, and Video Messaging Software.

Hippo Video is another freemium option with a free plan and trial, and may suit readers comparing video-flow and caption allowances. Bonjoro offers a free-forever plan for up to 50 videos and a paid Starter plan at 15.00 USD per month with annual pricing, which may appeal to those prioritizing a larger stated free video allowance. Vidyard has a free plan with limited AI videos, recording, editing, sharing, and integrations, including five recorded videos per month and 15 AI videos; choose it when that free mix better matches your needs. ngram is a freemium AI explainer-video option with 600 one-time credits on its free plan, up to 60 seconds of premium AI footage, 720p exports, and a watermark. Vimotion offers a free first video with one hero video and two social cuts, while its Studio plan is 1800.00 USD per month; it is a different option for readers comparing video production allowances. SalesMail is another paid option. Buzz may suit readers focused on an AI sales assistant: its Core plan is 79.00 USD per month per seat, with 500 credits monthly, one seat, and 10,000 records per month export. BHuman is another web-based freemium option.

Verdict

Choose Dubb if your team wants measurable camera and screen video outreach tied to CRM and follow-up workflows, and can work within the chosen plan's limits. Its engagement tracking and integrations are compelling for sales-focused use; look elsewhere if you need an uncapped free video tier or want an AI sales agent included in the video-plan price.
