Overview

AI.dp combines OCR, classification, conversion, verification, and fraud detection in workflows spanning intake, extraction, and validation. More than 50 document types are supported out of the box, and teams can train custom types and choose from over 150 extraction fields. Supplier, line-item, and tax extraction, along with purchase-order matching, make it relevant to finance and procurement as well as broader document operations.

Batch processing can handle thousands of documents in parallel, which suits organizations with recurring high-volume workloads. That capacity does not remove the need to configure fields, routing, and exceptions: AI.dp is a workflow platform rather than a basic scan-and-return-text utility.

Key features

Workflow design and review: A drag-and-drop builder and prompt builder cover intake through validation. Teams can use business-rule approvals or send OCR results to people to validate and correct, balancing automation with oversight.
Structured outputs: Exports include JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX, UBL, PDF, and TXT; the integrations material also describes more than 20 export formats. This range helps teams feed downstream systems, though the right output depends on their receiving workflow.
Integration and implementation: APIs, SDKs, asynchronous APIs, documentation, and connections with more than 200 business apps support integration into existing operations. Doxis says implementation can generally be completed within a day, but custom connections can be built through the AI.dp API.
Security and data handling: Doxis cites ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 Type I certifications, GDPR and CCPA compliance, SSL encryption, and EU hosting. It says customer data is not stored by default and is processed under a data processing agreement. Amsterdam is the default server location, with custom locations available on request.
Language coverage: The platform supports Latin-based languages and works with businesses to expand coverage. That makes it a poor default choice for workflows centered on scripts outside that range.

Pricing

AI.dp is paid, with a stated starting price of €95/mo, no free plan, and a free trial. A separate pay-as-you-go option lists €25.00 worth of free credit at 0.00 EUR per free, with usage billed monthly; this is a limited credit allowance, not an ongoing free plan.

Custom pricing depends on volume, workflow complexity, and subscription plan. That route is more appropriate for organizations sizing a substantial or complex deployment, but the available plan terms do not establish seat counts, a recurring quota, or trial length. Teams comparing budgets should confirm those terms before committing.

Platforms

AI.dp is cloud-deployed and supports web, Android, iOS, and API access. This combination accommodates browser-based operations, mobile access, and system integration without a self-hosted deployment option among the stated platforms.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at organizations in financial services, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, KYC, and retail. It is a strong fit when several document types need extraction plus rules-based routing or human correction, and when batch volume justifies configuring a workflow. A team seeking a simple single-purpose scanner, a free ongoing tier, or broad non-Latin language support should consider alternatives.

Pros and cons

Pro: Coverage of 50-plus standard document types, custom training, and over 150 extraction fields accommodates varied paperwork without limiting the workflow to one record category.
Pro: Human review and business-rule approvals provide a way to catch or resolve OCR errors instead of treating every extraction as final.
Pro: Multiple structured export formats, APIs, SDKs, and extensive app connections give teams several routes into downstream systems.
Con: There is no free plan, and the stated starting price is €95/mo; the credit offer is usage-billed rather than a free ongoing tier.
Con: Language support is centered on Latin-based languages, limiting suitability for some multilingual or non-Latin document operations.
Con: Teams must design fields, rules, and review paths, so the platform's flexibility brings configuration work.

Alternatives

For resume-focused workflows, DiscoverCloud Resume Parser is worth considering when a free tier, self-hosted access, or resume parsing in more than 40 languages matters; its stated free credits include 100 credits and 24x7 support. DocuShell Resume Parsing API suits a reader who wants a free monthly allowance: its free plan includes 500 credits per month, but no API access. For a paid resume-parser option with a free tier, RChilli Resume Parser includes 100 free credits and supports more than 40 resume languages.

Readers comparing broader document-processing categories can browse Intelligent Document Processing Software, Invoice OCR Software, and AI OCR Software. Resume-specific options are also grouped under Resume Parsing Software. Online Resume Parser, Parseur, HrFlow.ai Parsing API, Resume Mapper, and hireparse are other alternatives to compare.

Verdict

Choose Doxis AI.dp if your organization needs configurable extraction and validation across varied business documents, with human review and integration options to fit established workflows. Its range and batch capacity are the main reasons to choose it; the paid entry point, configuration burden, and Latin-script language scope are the clearest reasons to look elsewhere.
