Overview

The product spans CRM, lead generation, project and field service management, bookkeeping, estimates, scheduling, invoicing, client communications, a client portal, time and mileage tracking, and AI tools. That range can help a contractor keep customer and job administration alongside billing, rather than rely on a standalone invoicing app.

Contractor+ serves more than 30 industries, including general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, roofing, and handyman services. It supports online payments, payment requests, and recurring invoices. QuickBooks Online can automatically sync estimates, invoices, and client data, which is useful for businesses that use it for accounting.

Key features

Customer, job, and field workflows

CRM and lead generation sit alongside project and field service management, scheduling, communications, and a client portal. Time and mileage tracking and bookkeeping extend the scope beyond customer records and job coordination. This breadth suits contractors seeking a single operational toolkit; businesses needing only to send invoices may find it more than they need.

Estimates, invoices, and integrations

The free FREEDOM plan allows up to five estimates or invoices per month, while PRO includes unlimited estimates and invoices. That makes the free tier a limited way to handle occasional billing, not a fit for steady invoice volume. The integrations page names suppliers and services including ABC Supply, Ace Hardware, Angi Leads, CompanyCam, EagleView, Hover, Lowe's, NEXT Insurance, QXO, Thumbtack, and Wisetack. Enterprise customers and strategic integration partners can access an API with more than 400 endpoints covering contacts, properties, jobs, work orders, estimates, invoices, expenses, requests, and opportunities; communications are marked as coming soon.

Pricing

FREEDOM is 0.00 USD per free, billed Free forever. It includes basic CRM, up to 250 leads and clients, and up to five estimates or invoices per month, with web, mobile, and tablet access. The lead and client allowance may cover a small operation, but the document cap is restrictive once monthly billing grows.

PRO is 29.00 USD per month for 1 user, with unlimited leads and clients and unlimited estimates and invoices. It is the straightforward step up for a solo contractor who outgrows FREEDOM. PRO TEAM is 58.00 USD per month with the first 2 users included; each additional user costs $20/month. It better fits a small crew, though the per-user charge means costs rise as the team expands.

MAX is 500.00 USD per month for unlimited users and includes $1K/yr in Voice credits and $1K/yr in AI credits. Its flat price and included credits target larger teams with a need for those allowances; it is a substantial commitment compared with per-user PRO plans. A 14-day trial is available for most premium features, including job scheduling and team chat. Annual contracts are billed upfront in one invoice, and prices exclude VAT and sales tax where applicable. Customers can cancel at any time through self-service, but sales are final with no refunds.

Platforms

Contractor+ supports Android, iOS, and web. The free plan is also described as available on mobile and tablet, while the product is designed for desktop and mobile use.

Who it's for

Contractor+ is a stronger fit for contractors who need customer and job workflows as well as estimates, invoices, and payments, especially in the trades it serves such as HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and roofing. A solo operator with modest billing volume can start on FREEDOM; regular invoicing points toward PRO, while crews can consider PRO TEAM. A business shopping primarily for low-cost invoicing should compare simpler alternatives before paying for a broader operations suite.

Pros and cons

Broad contractor workflow coverage: CRM, field service, scheduling, bookkeeping, and billing are in one product, making it relevant beyond invoicing alone.
Useful billing options: Online payments, recurring invoices, and payment requests support several common collection workflows.
QuickBooks Online sync: Automatic syncing of estimates, invoices, and client data can reduce duplicate entry for QuickBooks users.
Free plan has a low ceiling: Five estimates or invoices per month and 250 leads and clients limit how far a growing business can use it without upgrading.
Team costs vary: PRO TEAM charges for users beyond the first two, while MAX costs 500.00 USD per month even if a business does not need unlimited users or its included credits.
No refunds: Since sales are final, the trial is worth using before committing to a paid plan.

Verdict

Choose Contractor+ if your contracting business wants customer, job, and billing workflows together, and the plan limits fit your crew and invoice volume. Its breadth and QuickBooks Online sync are the strongest reasons to choose it; businesses that only need affordable invoicing should look first at a narrower option with a free allowance better matched to their volume.
