Overview

Growbots combines a database of more than 180 million verified contacts with tools to search, organize and contact prospects. Detailed filters help narrow a large pool, and campaign tools cover email sequences, personalization, tracking, reporting and A/B testing. That range makes it a practical option for outbound teams that want prospecting and execution together, but the separate cost of credits means the subscription is not the whole budget.

Deliverability tools include dashboards, automatic warmup, email authentication checks and tests. Mailbox rotation and reply detection add useful campaign controls. The daily-send allowance is per inbox, so teams should consider both the plan cap and how many inboxes they will use.

Key features

Prospecting and outreach

The database provides access to more than 180 million verified contacts, with detailed search filters for finding B2B prospects. A prospect credit is charged when a contact is scheduled or exported; credits reset at renewal and do not roll over. Credits for invalid or inactive email addresses are refunded. This gives users a remedy for unusable addresses, but makes unused credits a real cost at the end of each renewal period.

Outreach includes sequences, AI personalization, tracking, reporting, A/B testing and do-not-contact lists. Email providers can connect when they support IMAP, SMTP and SSL. Salesforce and HubSpot connect natively, while other CRMs can connect through Zapier.

Deliverability and compliance

Automatic warmup, deliverability dashboards, authentication checks and deliverability tests help teams manage the sending setup alongside campaign execution. Growbots says its prospect database is GDPR-compliant and excludes contacts from countries covered by the GDPR. That boundary matters for teams prospecting internationally: the database is not a route to contacts in those countries.

Pricing

Growbots uses a freemium model, with a free plan and paid plans starting at $29. The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 20 email accounts, three sequences and up to 20 emails per inbox per day. Database access is partial, so the free tier is best for a small-scale evaluation rather than sustained prospecting.

Starter Outreach costs 29.00 USD per month, billed starting from $29. It allows unlimited email accounts and sequences, up to 100 emails per inbox per day, and prospect credits from $0.13 each. Pro Outreach costs 39.00 USD per month, billed starting from $39; it keeps unlimited accounts and sequences and raises the allowance to 500 emails per inbox per day, with credits also from $0.13 each. Starter suits teams with moderate sending needs; Pro is the better fit when higher per-inbox volume is important. Neither paid plan removes the separate credit cost.

A free trial is available. Because credits reset on renewal without rolling over, buyers should match credit purchases to expected use rather than assume a balance will carry forward.

Platforms

Growbots is available on the web. Its email connections depend on provider support for IMAP, SMTP and SSL.

Who it's for

Growbots is best suited to sales teams and individuals doing B2B outbound who value contact search, campaign execution and deliverability controls in one product. It is less suitable for buyers who need broad access to every prospect on a no-cost plan or want subscription pricing to include prospect credits.

Pros and cons

Pros: Prospecting, sequences and deliverability tools sit in one product, reducing the need to assemble separate parts of an outbound workflow.
Pros: Native Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, plus Zapier connections for other CRMs, support common CRM workflows.
Pros: Invalid or inactive addresses earn credit refunds, limiting the cost of unusable contacts.
Cons: Free database access is partial, and the free plan caps accounts, sequences and daily sends.
Cons: Prospect credits cost from $0.13 each on paid plans and expire at renewal, so subscription cost alone understates spend.

Verdict

Choose Growbots if your outbound work needs prospect discovery, campaign management and deliverability controls together, and you can budget for credits beyond the subscription. Look elsewhere if you need full database access without a paid plan or predictable prospecting costs without credits that expire at renewal.
