Overview

LIA draws answers from company-approved material, including documents, product catalogs, FAQs and sales playbooks, and can pass unanswered questions to a person. It works across websites, WhatsApp and email, with lead qualification, meeting handling and sales coaching extending it beyond a basic website chatbot. That breadth is useful for teams coordinating inbound conversations and sales workflows; teams seeking only a lightweight, low-volume chat tool may not need its larger feature set.

ConnectLoop says a website can be set up in about 60 seconds by entering a URL and adding one line of code. WhatsApp takes longer because Meta must approve the business account. LIA detects a visitor’s language; the homepage identifies English, Spanish and Portuguese as supported.

Key features

Conversations and qualification

LIA answers from approved company knowledge and can route unanswered questions to a human. It qualifies buyers using SPIN and MEDDIC, scoring leads hot, warm or cold. This pairing can help inbound teams move from first contact to a sales-ready handoff, while the quality of its answers depends on the material the company supplies.

Meetings and follow-up

Real-time Google Calendar and Outlook availability lets LIA book, reschedule and cancel meetings. It drafts personalized email follow-ups for human review and can continue website conversations on WhatsApp. The review step gives people control over outgoing email, but also means follow-up is not fully automatic.

Visitor intelligence and coaching

LIA tracks anonymous visitors’ page views, time spent and repeat visits, then connects that history to a profile when a visitor identifies themselves. For sales representatives, it can suggest questions and objection guidance during live calls, analyze calls afterward and run scored role-plays. These capabilities make it more relevant to teams that want both inbound engagement and rep development than to organizations looking for a chatbot alone.

Integrations, WhatsApp and safeguards

ConnectLoop lists more than 20 integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Freshworks, Zendesk, Google Calendar, Outlook, Gmail, WooCommerce, Notion, SharePoint, Dropbox and Apollo. It also says it is an official Meta Business Partner, with native WhatsApp Business API integration and verified Embedded Signup.

ConnectLoop states that LIA provides per-company data isolation, configurable access controls, consent-based lead capture, configurable PII controls, sensitive-data masking and conversation audit trails. It says LIA is Google CASA Tier 2 verified and offers GDPR compliance support. Those provisions may matter to teams handling sensitive buyer conversations, though they do not replace an organization’s own security and compliance review.

Pricing

LIA has a Free plan and four paid tiers. Message caps and agent and lead-owner allowances determine how far each tier can stretch; messages beyond a paid plan’s allowance incur a stated per-message charge.

Plan	Price	Included limits and support
Free	0.00 USD per month (billed $0/mo)	200 messages; 1 agent per workspace; 1 lead owner; community support; no email reply agent
Launch	599.00 USD per month (billed $599/mo)	5,000 messages per month, then $0.08 each; 2 agents per workspace; 4 lead owners; standard support
Growth	1299.00 USD per month (billed $1,299/mo)	15,000 messages per month, then $0.06 each; 3 agents per workspace; 6 lead owners; standard support
Scale	2999.00 USD per month (billed $2,999/mo)	37,500 messages per month, then $0.05 each; 10 agents per workspace; 30 lead owners; priority support
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom message, agent/workspace and lead-owner limits; dedicated support

Free is a constrained way to try LIA, but 200 messages and one agent leave little room for a busy team, and the plan has no email reply agent. Launch raises the ceiling to 5,000 messages and two agents, but teams should budget for overages if usage exceeds that quota. Growth and Scale suit higher-volume operations: each raises the message allowance and lowers the per-message overage rate, while Scale adds more lead owners and priority support. Enterprise is for teams needing tailored limits and dedicated support, with custom pricing.

Platforms

LIA is available on the web. Its conversations can also span website, WhatsApp and email; these are channels the product supports, not additional listed platform versions.

Who it's for

LIA is best suited to inbound revenue teams that need buyer questions answered, leads qualified and meetings handled across channels, and that can make use of visitor intelligence or sales coaching. A team with low conversation volume can assess the Free plan, but should expect its message and agent caps to bite quickly. Teams wanting broader capacity should compare paid-tier limits against expected monthly volume; those seeking a single-purpose chatbot may find this product’s wider sales workflow unnecessary.

Pros and cons

Pros: Combines grounded buyer answers, lead scoring, calendar-based meeting handling and follow-up across website, WhatsApp and email, reducing the need to treat each step as a separate task.
Pros: Offers call coaching, post-call analysis and scored role-plays in addition to inbound automation, making it relevant to teams developing sales representatives.
Pros: Includes a free tier and publishes clear message, agent and lead-owner limits for its paid tiers.
Cons: Free is capped at 200 messages and one agent per workspace, and excludes the email reply agent.
Cons: Paid entry starts at 599.00 USD per month, and over-quota messages carry extra charges on Launch, Growth and Scale.
Cons: WhatsApp setup depends on Meta approving the business account, so it does not share the stated 60-second website setup.

Verdict

Choose ConnectLoop LIA if your inbound revenue team wants one product to answer buyer questions, qualify leads, handle meetings and support sales coaching across channels. Its broad workflow is the main reason to choose it; the 599.00 USD per month paid starting point, message overages and tight Free cap are the main reasons smaller or lower-volume teams should compare alternatives first.
