Overview

GRIN brings several stages of creator campaign work together, from finding creators to coordinating campaigns, measuring performance and making payments. That breadth can simplify work for a team managing creator relationships, while Instagram-only channel support makes it a less suitable fit for programs built around multiple networks.

GRIN was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Sacramento, California. For more options in this category, see our Influencer Marketing Platforms list.

Key features

Creator discovery, campaign management, analytics and creator payments cover a useful span of influencer marketing work. In practice, the combination is most valuable to teams that want these functions together rather than a discovery-only tool. The confirmed channel is Instagram, a clear fit for Instagram-centered programs but a limitation for teams seeking broader social coverage.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 200 monthly credits. It requires no card and has no trial clock, but Free is the trial itself; it is a way to start without a paid commitment, not a separate ongoing tier.

Starter costs 200.00 USD per month, billed month-to-month, and provides 2,000 monthly credits. It is the lowest-cost paid option, suited to smaller programs that need more capacity than the trial offers. Growth costs 500.00 USD per month for 7,500 monthly credits and up to 100 active creators, a more substantial allowance for teams managing a larger roster.

Scale costs 1000.00 USD per month and includes 20,000 monthly credits with up to 250 active creators. Complete costs 1500.00 USD per month and raises those limits to 30,000 credits and 500 active creators. These higher tiers make sense when creator volume is central to the operation; their higher cost buys materially more capacity. Every paid plan is month-to-month and not priced per seat, so the published terms do not tie these prices to a per-user charge.

Platforms

GRIN is available on web, iOS and Android. Its supported social channel is Instagram, which is narrower than the platform availability might suggest: mobile access does not imply support for additional social networks.

Who it's for

GRIN is a strong candidate for teams running Instagram creator programs that need discovery, campaign work, analytics and payments together. The Free plan offers a no-card starting point, while the paid tiers provide increasing credit and active-creator limits. Teams that depend on confirmed support beyond Instagram should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Discovery, campaign management, analytics and creator payments are combined, reducing the need to treat those functions as separate parts of the workflow.
Pros: The no-card Free trial includes 200 monthly credits, and paid plans are month-to-month rather than per-seat.
Cons: Instagram is the only supported social channel identified, which limits its fit for multi-network campaigns.
Cons: Free is the trial rather than a distinct ongoing free plan, so sustained use requires a paid tier.

Verdict

Choose GRIN if your team wants a single platform for Instagram creator discovery, campaign management, analytics and payments, with paid capacity that scales up to 500 active creators. Look elsewhere if your campaigns require confirmed coverage beyond Instagram or if you need an ongoing free tier rather than a trial.
