Overview

Common Ninja Form Builder is a web-based form builder that pairs lead capture with campaign displays and targeting controls. It is best suited to teams that want forms to serve as part of on-page campaigns; its appeal is the range of display and targeting options, while the one-form free cap and single native integration may narrow its fit.

Key features

Forms support payment collection and file uploads, and can be embedded inline. Custom styling and CSS allow presentation adjustments, but the single native integration is a constraint for workflows that rely on connections to several services.

Beyond forms, campaigns can appear as modals, banners, slide-ins, fullscreen displays or lightboxes. They can be triggered by page load, scroll depth, exit intent, time on page or a click. Audience and geo-targeting, along with A/B testing, make the product more compelling for campaign-led lead capture than for a basic form that simply collects responses.

Social-post feeds can be presented in a grid, with content moderation available. This adds a display use case, though it does not remove the integration limit or increase the free plan’s form allowance.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and is free forever, with a one-form limit. That is a useful way to start with a single form, but anyone managing multiple forms will need a paid plan.

Essentials costs 24.00 USD per year, billed annually, which works out at $2.00 a month. Pro costs 38.40 USD per year, billed annually, or $3.20 a month. Ultimate costs 62.40 USD per year, billed annually, or $5.20 a month. These annual tiers provide a low stated entry price for paid use, but the plan details do not establish which form quotas, integration allowances or other limits change between tiers. Buyers should compare the plan terms against their needs before committing to annual billing.

Platforms

Common Ninja Form Builder is available on the web. Inline embedding supports placing a form within a page rather than relying only on a separate campaign display.

Who it's for

This is a stronger fit for web teams seeking to combine form capture with timed, triggered or targeted campaign displays, especially when payments or file uploads matter. It is less suitable for teams that need several native integrations or multiple forms on a free plan.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple campaign formats and triggers give teams options for how and when forms appear.
Pros: Payment collection, file uploads, geo-targeting and A/B testing support campaign use cases beyond simple response capture.
Cons: The Free plan is limited to one form, so it is not a broad free option for managing a set of forms.
Cons: One native integration may be insufficient for workflows that depend on connecting multiple services.
Cons: Paid plans are billed annually, and the plan-specific quotas are not clear enough to distinguish their practical limits.

Alternatives

For a wider category comparison, see Online Form Builders and Form Builder Software. Readers focused on campaign overlays can browse Pop-Up Builder Software; those chiefly seeking social-post displays can compare Social Media Feed Software.

Choose EmbedSocial instead when social feeds are the priority: its free plan includes unlimited widgets but is limited to one source and 500 views per month. FeedWind is another freemium web option for feed widgets. Flow-Flow Social Streams may suit readers looking for a WordPress or Shopify social-stream option. Juicer offers a free web plan with one source, one page and 300 monthly feed views. Onstipe is a freemium alternative for web and API use. Smash Balloon Instagram Feed is a focused alternative for Instagram feeds, with a free version and paid annual tiers. SociableKIT Social Feed Widget has a free plan with one source, one widget, one domain and up to 2,000 monthly views. Tagembed offers a free plan with one feed and 500 monthly views.

Verdict

Choose Common Ninja Form Builder if your web campaigns need forms alongside flexible display formats, targeting and payment or file capture. Look elsewhere if your workflow depends on several native integrations or you need more than one form before paying; the free cap and unclear differences among annual tiers make those requirements worth resolving first.
