Overview

Tokeet serves individual owners and businesses ranging from small operators to large enterprises. Its channel manager connects with services such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, and automatically synchronizes channel information. Alongside that, the product lineup covers reservation administration, guest communication, tasks, rates, invoicing and payments.

A website builder supports custom direct-booking sites without coding or extra fees, while the integrations directory spans booking channels, pricing and messaging tools, payment processors and other business services, including PriceLabs, Twilio and Stripe. That breadth can reduce the need to assemble separate tools, though operators should distinguish the capabilities of AdvanceCM from those of the broader Tokeet plan.

Key features

Channel management: Automatic, instant connections to major booking channels address the work of keeping channel operations aligned. Tokeet cites 50 channel connections; the mobile app describes real-time syncing with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
Booking administration: The AdvanceCM mobile app handles rates, multiple calendars, invoices, guest details, inquiries and rental tasks. This makes it a practical fit for operators who need to manage day-to-day details away from a desk.
Direct bookings: A no-code website builder lets operators create a custom booking site without extra fees, offering a route to direct reservations alongside channel distribution.
Automation and pricing: Tokeet promotes workflow automation for guest communications, rental agreements, tasks and staff operations. Rategenie adjusts daily rates across channels using smart pricing strategies, which can help operators automate rate changes rather than update them channel by channel.
Payments and security: Users can create and send invoices and accept online payments through payment gateways. Multifactor authentication supports email, SMS, WhatsApp or TOTP, and administrators can require it for team members.
Mobile access and support: The AdvanceCM app includes biometric login and push notifications. Support options include a help center, community, premium services, email and phone support at 1-855-4TOKEET.

Pricing

Tokeet has a free plan and paid options. AdvanceCM costs $14.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It includes 50+ channel connections, automated messaging, dynamic rates and rate automation, invoicing and payments, tasks and collaboration, and direct OTA messaging. This is the clearest fit for an operator looking for a defined monthly price and a broad set of core workflows.

The broader Tokeet plan has custom pricing based on rental count and selected plan. Its pricing page shows an initial display of $134.90 per month with monthly payments for a maximum of 10 rentals; the plan description includes a reservation manager, channel manager, mobile app, website builder, payment gateways and integrations. Operators comparing it with AdvanceCM should verify the applicable rental limit and price for their requirements.

A 15-day free trial is available without a credit card, with no restrictions and no booking or usage fees. The trial offers room to assess the workflow before committing, while the free plan provides a no-cost starting point.

Platforms

Tokeet supports Android, iOS and web. The AdvanceCM mobile app’s biometric login, push notifications and syncing make mobile access useful for handling guest and booking work while away from a computer.

Who it's for

Tokeet is suited to single and multiple rental owners, as well as small and medium businesses and larger enterprises. It is particularly relevant to operators who want channel connections alongside direct-booking tools, pricing automation and guest or staff workflows. A host seeking only a lightweight website builder or a narrowly focused tool may not need the breadth of the platform.

Pros and cons

Pro: Channel management, direct-booking site creation, rate automation, messaging, tasks and payments span several common rental operations.
Pro: The AdvanceCM app combines calendar, guest, invoice and task management with real-time channel syncing and mobile security features.
Pro: The 15-day trial requires no credit card and carries no booking or usage fees.
Con: Tokeet’s broader plan uses custom pricing tied to rental count and selected plan, so its cost is less straightforward to compare than AdvanceCM’s monthly price.
