Overview

Decisions brings workflow automation and orchestration to organizations that need business rules, people, systems, and AI to work together. It is a strong candidate for teams coordinating complex, governed processes; buyers seeking a simple task tracker or a transparent self-serve price should look elsewhere.

Key features

Visual workflow design combines process building with rules that govern decisions and next steps. That is useful when a process depends on business logic as well as handoffs, but may be more capability than a team needs for straightforward task tracking.

AI agents can be placed inside workflows with rules, approvals, human oversight, and process visibility. This suits organizations that want AI operating within controlled business processes rather than as a standalone assistant. Process intelligence adds visibility into performance, helping teams monitor work, find inefficiencies, and improve processes and decisions.

Prebuilt integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, SAP SQL Anywhere, and OpenAI. REST and SOAP APIs, database connectivity, OpenAPI and Swagger import, and custom connectors through an SDK offer further ways to connect systems. This breadth is valuable in mixed application environments, although custom connector work can call for technical resources.

Cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployment give organizations options for where the platform runs. Decisions states that it is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, HITRUST certified, and PCI DSS compliant, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. It also describes encryption at rest and in transit, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, a bug bounty program, and role-based access controls. These controls make it relevant to organizations with substantial security requirements.

Pricing

Decisions is a paid product with a free plan, but pricing is on request and paid subscriptions use custom pricing. The Foundation plan includes a low-code design studio and standard agentic AI and agent builder capabilities; it is the entry point for teams seeking core design and AI tools. Growth adds broader automation and governance plus advanced agentic AI and agent builder capabilities, making it the more suitable tier for teams expanding use across processes. Enterprise adds high availability, multiple regions, and enterprise agentic AI and agent builder capabilities for organizations with those operational needs.

Custom limits, advanced security, and dedicated support are available for a custom plan. Professional Services can help with architecture, implementation, delivery, testing, and go-live through collaborative or full-service models. Buyers should clarify plan limits and the cost of the capabilities and services they need before committing.

Platforms

Decisions supports Android, iOS, web, Windows, API access, and self-hosted deployment. Combined with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise options, this range suits organizations balancing user access with different deployment environments.

Who it's for

Decisions is aimed at organizations from small teams improving everyday operations to enterprises coordinating complex systems and decisions. Its breadth is most compelling when workflows need governance, integrations, and process visibility together. Teams with limited process complexity may find the platform harder to justify than a narrower tool, particularly with custom pricing.

Pros and cons

Pros: Visual workflows and business rules bring process logic and handoffs into one environment, useful for coordinating more than simple task sequences.
Pros: Governed AI workflows include approvals and human oversight, fitting organizations that need controls around AI-driven work.
Pros: Prebuilt integrations, APIs, database connectivity, and SDK-based connectors support varied system landscapes.
Pros: Cloud, hybrid, on-premise, and self-hosted options offer deployment flexibility.
Cons: Custom pricing and limits make it difficult to assess cost and plan fit before engaging with the company.
Cons: Its process-orchestration scope may be excessive for teams that only need basic task tracking.

Alternatives

For a narrower rules-management need, GoRules BRMS has a free plan and a Pro plan priced at 167.00 USD per month, billed $2,000 annually, with five users, two projects, 20 decision models per project, and one deployment environment. DecisionRules offers a free plan at 0.00 EUR per free, billed €0 annually, capped at 10 Business Rules & Flows, one user, one project, and 1,000 Solver API Calls; it also has a free trial. Verdict

Choose Decisions if your organization needs governed workflow design, AI orchestration, and process visibility across connected systems, with deployment options to fit its environment. Its main drawback is the buying uncertainty created by custom pricing and plan limits; teams that need a basic workflow tool or a clear published price should consider narrower alternatives.
