Overview

Bitrix24 Sales Gamification is a CRM-linked way for sales teams to score logged activity and pipeline progress. It suits managers who want contests to reinforce particular sales behaviors and inform coaching, but it requires clear rules and thoughtful administration to be useful.

Rather than operating as a separate contest board, the feature connects scoring to CRM actions and defined pipeline stages. That can keep recognition tied to work already recorded in the sales process; it also means teams must agree on what counts and maintain the contest setup.

Key features

Scoring, standings and goals

Managers can assign points to logged CRM actions and pipeline stages, then publish the rules for reps and managers. Standings show results for the active contest period, while individual progress views track weekly or monthly movement toward targets. Team and individual leaderboard scopes, plus rewards and incentives, support different ways to recognize performance. The practical value depends on scoring choices: rules that reward relevant activity can focus attention, while poorly chosen measures risk emphasizing points over useful pipeline movement.

Contest cadence and controls

Bitrix24 recommends weekly targets, monthly contests and rotating priorities such as speed-to-lead, reactivation or upsell. This gives managers a way to shift attention without changing the underlying CRM workflow. It also calls for restricting contest setup and scoring changes to managers or admins, and setting eligibility by team, role or territory. Those controls help keep contests coherent, but require someone to own configuration and communicate the rules.

Coaching and ecosystem

Performance reporting can help managers examine which actions correlate with stage movement and where deals stall, extending the feature beyond competition into coaching. Bitrix24's partner network can provide third-party apps and integrations for telephony, payments and accounting. The maker says cloud data is hosted on AWS in Virginia or Frankfurt, access uses TLS and two-step authorization can be enabled. Support resources include a helpdesk, contact support, training courses, webinars and how-to videos.

Pricing

Bitrix24 uses a freemium model. The Free plan is free and is capped at 1–2 users with 5 GB storage; it includes basic CRM, tasks, shared calendars, chat and video calls. That is a constrained starting point for a very small team, not a fit for a larger sales group.

Paid plans are priced per organization. Basic includes 5 users, 24 GB storage, sales pipelines, recurring deals and online payments; it costs 69 € / organization / month billed monthly or 49 € / organization / month billed annually. Standard raises the allowance to 50 users and 100 GB storage, with unlimited leads, invoices and estimates, and unlimited projects and boards; pricing is 144 € / organization / month billed monthly or 99 € / organization / month billed annually. Professional includes 100 users, 1 TB storage, sales automation, analytics and reporting tools, and task automation; it costs 289 € / organization / month billed monthly or 199 € / organization / month billed annually.

Basic is the smallest paid step, but its five-user limit may not suit a broader sales team. Standard provides substantially more seats and storage, while Professional is aimed at larger teams needing automation and reporting capabilities. Bitrix24 offers a 15-day free trial of most features on high-tier plans without requiring a credit card. The feature's plan placement is not defined by these prices, so teams should choose based on the published plan limits and confirm which capabilities they need before committing.

Platforms

Bitrix24 lists Android, iOS, web, Windows, macOS, Linux, API and self-hosted availability. Mobile apps may suit teams that need access beyond a desktop, while API and self-hosted options give buyers additional deployment and integration routes to consider.

Who it's for

This is best suited to sales managers who already rely on Bitrix24 CRM and want to recognize CRM-recorded behaviors, track pipeline movement and use contest results in coaching. Teams should be prepared to define eligibility, scoring and contest cadence. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a standalone leaderboard without CRM-centered setup, or for a sales team too large for the Free plan's 1–2-user cap.

Pros and cons

CRM-linked scoring: points can reflect logged actions and pipeline stages, tying contests to the sales process.
Useful for coaching: reporting can surface actions associated with stage movement and stalled deals.
Flexible contest focus: weekly and monthly formats can rotate attention across sales priorities.
Setup needs active ownership: managers must establish scoring, eligibility and access controls for contests to remain clear and consistent.
Free plan is small: its 1–2-user limit restricts its suitability for a sales team beyond a very small group.

Alternatives

Sales Gamification Software is a broader category page for comparing options. Consider Agile CRM instead if its free allowance of up to 10 users and 1,000 contacts and companies, with unlimited deals, tasks and documents, better fits a small team seeking a CRM with marketing automation. Gametize is another freemium option, with a free Basic plan for up to 10 players and a paid Starter plan. For a narrower leaderboard need, BoardQ offers a free Basic plan with up to two leaderboards, real-time updates, custom columns and CSV and Excel export; its Premium plan is 8.99 USD per month.

Leaderboarded may suit a small public-board use case: its free plan allows two boards and shows the top 25 participants publicly, while Plus is a one-time purchase for one month of access. RepCard is a freemium option whose free plan includes one personal RepCard and QR code, 30 smart notifications, and limited personal reviews and referrals. SmartWinnr is a paid enterprise sales enablement platform offered through a personalized demo. Incenteev is a paid alternative. MakeTheBoard is a freemium alternative.

Verdict

Choose Bitrix24 Sales Gamification if your sales team already uses its CRM and managers want contest scoring to reinforce recorded behaviors while supporting pipeline review and coaching. Its main advantage is connecting recognition to CRM activity and stage movement; look elsewhere if you want an independently managed leaderboard or need a free plan for more than two users.
