Overview

The product brings candidate sourcing, resume parsing, job postings, candidate submissions, hiring pipelines, and reporting into a recruiting-focused system. Career-site support, interview scheduling, workflow automation, and job-board distribution cover important steps from attracting applicants to coordinating interviews. For agencies managing both candidate and client relationships, that combination is more useful than an ATS limited to job applications alone.

AI features include candidate and job matching, application review, job-description generation, candidate summaries, and email sequencing. The free plan includes ATS, CRM, and AI features, but the plan terms do not give AI usage quotas, so teams with heavy usage should confirm that the free tier suits their workload.

Key features

Sourcing and workflow: A Chrome extension captures candidate and client profiles while browsing. Paired with parsing, submissions, pipelines, and job postings, it supports agency recruiters who source actively and need to move prospects through a structured process.
Communications: Email and SMS automation support ongoing candidate contact. LinkedIn and WhatsApp messaging integrations are listed for Enterprise, so teams that need those channels should expect to consider the top tier.
Integrations: Outlook/Office 365 and G Suite/Gmail are included in the pricing comparison; Zapier and open API access are listed on Business and Enterprise. That makes Business a more natural fit for teams connecting recruiting work to other systems.
Security and privacy: ATZ CRM describes AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and mandatory MFA for admin-level access. Customer data is hosted in AWS North Virginia, with disaster recovery in AWS London. The platform supports GDPR access, correction, deletion, processing-limit, and export workflows, while customers remain responsible for their legal basis and compliant use.

Pricing

The pricing structure starts with a free option and moves to per-user monthly plans. That keeps the entry cost low, but paid costs rise with each user.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: Includes full ATS, CRM, and AI features, requires no credit card, and has no expiry. It is the clearest starting point for solo recruiters and small teams, though no seat or usage caps are given in the plan terms.
Pro — 12.00 USD per month, billed per user / month: Allows 10,000 candidates, contacts, and deals per user, 40 custom fields, three hiring pipelines, and unlimited jobs. It suits a small recruiting operation that needs more defined capacity, but the three-pipeline cap and lower record and custom-field limits distinguish it from Business. AI meeting notetaker credits are purchased separately.
Business — 24.00 USD per month, billed per user / Month: Raises the allowance to 50,000 candidates, contacts, and deals per user, offers 100 custom fields, and removes the stated pipeline cap while keeping unlimited jobs. Zapier and open API access are listed at this level. It is the more practical choice for a growing team with multiple workflows or integration needs; calling credits are extra.
Enterprise — 60.00 USD per month, billed per user / month: Provides custom candidate, contact, deal, and custom-field limits, unlimited jobs, plus custom features and integrations. LinkedIn and WhatsApp messaging integrations and phone support are listed for Enterprise. Teams with more than five users receive custom team pricing, so the per-user figure is not the whole pricing picture for larger groups.

All three paid plans include 24/7 live chat and unlimited training. Enterprise is the only plan with phone support. The plan descriptions do not give a free-trial length or renewal terms.

Platforms

ATZ CRM runs on the web and offers an API and Chrome extension. The extension is useful for browser-based sourcing, but the platform list does not include native iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS apps.

Who it's for

ATZ CRM is best suited to recruitment agencies, staffing firms, solo recruiters, and recruiting teams that want ATS and CRM functions together. The free plan is an accessible starting point; Pro fits teams that can work within three pipelines, while Business better serves recruiters who need greater record capacity, more custom fields, or API and Zapier connections. Enterprise is for teams seeking custom limits, integrations, or phone support. It is less compelling for buyers who require native mobile or desktop applications.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan has no expiry and includes ATS, CRM, and AI features, letting recruiters begin without a subscription or credit card.
Pros: Parsing, scheduling, automation, job-board distribution, sourcing, and reporting address multiple stages of agency recruiting in one product.
Pros: Business and Enterprise remove Pro’s three-pipeline ceiling, and higher plans add integration options.
Cons: Pro limits teams to three hiring pipelines and has lower candidate, contact, deal, and custom-field limits than Business.
Cons: Some paid capabilities carry separate costs: AI meeting notetaker credits on Pro and calling credits on Business.
Cons: The platform is web-oriented, with no listed native desktop or mobile apps.

Verdict

Choose ATZ CRM if you recruit for agencies or staffing firms and want a no-expiry free ATS, CRM, and AI foundation that can grow into higher-capacity pipelines and integrations. Its strongest case is the breadth of recruitment workflow in one system, while the main reasons to look elsewhere are the per-user cost of scaling and the lack of native desktop or mobile apps.
