Overview

MyProposer brings proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices into a shared client dashboard, alongside e-signatures, activity tracking, branding and reporting. That breadth can reduce the need to manage each step in a separate tool. It is a better fit for freelancers and service businesses with modest document volume than for teams expecting unrestricted throughput.

Key features

AI-assisted drafting: The tool turns call notes, project briefs or scope bullets into editable proposal drafts. Allowances rise from 10 generations a month on Free to 50 on Starter and 250 on Pro, giving frequent drafters a reason to upgrade while keeping the free option useful for occasional work.
Interactive pricing: Clients can choose packages and add-ons, with totals updating as they make selections. This makes proposals more adaptable than a fixed quote, particularly when a project has optional scope.
Approval and signatures: Clients can approve proposals through a link, and the signature is tied to the accepted version and options. That connection helps keep the approval record aligned with what the client chose.
Activity visibility: Users can see when proposals are opened and receive notifications about opens and approvals. Email alerts on approval are included with Starter and Pro, so the free plan offers less notification support.
Client records and integrations: Proposals, quotes, invoices and client history stay together in a dashboard. Gmail sending is supported; other email providers are not currently part of the offering. MyProposer also provides custom branding and analytics and reporting.
Privacy and support: The privacy policy describes encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords and least-privilege team access. AI drafting sends submitted text to an AI model, either on MyProposer infrastructure or through a contracted sub-processor. The company says it does not sell personal data or use client data to market to those clients. Support is handled by a small team by email, with replies handled in arrival order.

Pricing

MyProposer has a free tier, a 30-day trial and two paid monthly plans. The low entry prices are appealing, but the document ceilings matter more than the starting price for anyone with regular client work.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free; free forever	2 proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices every 30 days; 10 AI generations/month; 4 live proposal links	Occasional use or trying the workflow. The four-link cap and low document quotas make it a poor fit for a steady pipeline.
Starter	2.99 USD per month, billed monthly	20 proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices every 30 days; 50 AI generations/month; custom branding; email alerts on approval	Freelancers handling regular but limited volume who want branded documents and approval alerts. The document cap remains a consideration as work grows.
Pro	6.99 USD per month, billed monthly	100 documents every 30 days; 250 AI generations/month; reusable templates; PDF downloads; send via Gmail	Higher-volume users who need more drafting capacity and reusable templates. The allowance is larger, not unlimited.

The paid plans offer substantially more capacity than Free, but only Pro specifies a combined 100-document allowance rather than separate counts for each document type. Check the applicable quota against your workflow before choosing a plan.

Platforms

MyProposer is available on the web, iPhone and iPad, and Android, with the same account across platforms. That makes it accessible across desktop and mobile workflows.

Who it's for

Freelancers and service businesses that prepare proposals, negotiate scope, collect approval and then issue quotes or invoices are the natural audience. It is less suitable for high-volume document operations or businesses that depend on email providers other than Gmail, given the stated quotas and integration support.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connected client workflow: Proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices sit with client history, so the tool covers more than proposal creation alone.
Flexible, accountable approvals: Live package and add-on pricing updates, and signatures are tied to the accepted version and options.
Low-cost capacity upgrades: Starter and Pro raise AI and document allowances, while Pro adds templates, PDF downloads and Gmail sending.
Mobile access: The same account works on web, iPhone/iPad and Android.

Cons

Hard ceilings on every tier: Free allows just two of each document type every 30 days and four live proposal links; paid plans also impose document limits.
Limited email choice: Gmail sending is supported, while other email providers are not yet supported.
AI involves sharing draft text: Text goes to an AI model on MyProposer infrastructure or to a contracted third-party provider, a relevant consideration for sensitive briefs.
Small-team email support: Support messages are answered in arrival order, which may not suit users who need a dedicated or immediate channel.

Alternatives

Consider PandaDoc if its free plan’s 60-document yearly allowance and two-recipient-per-document limit better match your needs; it also spans Android, iOS, web and API.

Create My Proposal is another option, with a free plan capped at three proposals per month and a Pro plan at 29.00 USD per month for unlimited proposals.

Pitchsite may suit a smaller proposal workflow: its free plan includes one proposal, one offer and three AI generations, while the Solo plan is 29.00 USD per month.

Pactiamo is worth considering if proposals, contracts and e-signatures are the priority; it has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly.

Upland Qvidian is a paid alternative with web, Windows, macOS and API availability; pricing is custom.

Expedience Software is another paid option for web and Windows, with custom pricing based on users, features and add-ons.

Storydoc may fit users seeking a document-oriented alternative, with a Starter tier that includes five active documents and monthly AI image and text credits; Pro is 36.00 USD per month.

ClientPoint is an alternative for readers seeking appointment scheduling, branded virtual meetings, e-signatures, document sharing and video recording, with its Small Business plan at 42.00 USD per month.

Verdict

MyProposer is a sensible choice for freelancers and service businesses that want proposal drafting, interactive pricing, version-linked signatures and follow-on client documents in one workflow. Its low monthly plans make added capacity accessible, but document quotas, Gmail-focused sending and AI text handling are reasons to look elsewhere if you need higher throughput, broader email support or tighter control over where draft text is processed.
