Overview

Alokite researches companies, checks their websites, and ranks leads before generating tailored outreach. It then handles replies in a unified inbox, updates CRM context, and can pause for human review. Meeting requests can become calendar bookings, while other buyers can be directed to signup, subscription, checkout, or a human handoff. That end-to-end scope may suit teams that want prospecting and conversion routing in one platform, rather than a tool focused only on drafting or contact discovery.

Key features

Prospecting and tailored outreach

Lead research and qualification precede per-lead messaging based on the product, prospect, and prospect’s company. Automated follow-up and contact enrichment support that workflow. These capabilities can reduce repetitive prospect preparation, but AI-generated text is not safe to treat as ready-to-send: Alokite’s privacy policy warns that output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a recipient or jurisdiction, and puts review responsibility on users.

Reply handling and conversion

A unified inbox keeps conversations together while CRM context is updated; teams can pause for a person to review a reply. Meeting requests can flow to calendar bookings, and other prospects can be routed to signup, subscription, checkout, or a human handoff. This gives Alokite a broader remit than outbound messaging alone, though teams should expect to stay involved where judgment or approval matters.

Connections, controls, and data

Supported connections include Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM contact and list workflows. Alokite says it detects unsubscribe, do-not-contact, bounce, and complaint signals, suppresses affected leads, and blocks queued outreach. Its privacy policy describes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards while acknowledging that no system is completely secure. Connected account data can include OAuth identifiers and tokens, mailbox metadata, message content needed for sending and reply handling, and calendar data needed for scheduling; buyers should weigh that access against the workflow’s convenience.

Pricing

Alokite has a free tier and paid plans starting at 79.00 USD per month. Plans are differentiated by users, inboxes, active campaigns, daily sending quotas, enrichment volume, and automation access, so the headline price is only part of the fit calculation.

Plan	Price	Included limits and capabilities
Free	0.00 USD per free	1 user, 4 outreach inboxes, 1 active campaign, 90 email/day, 50 enrichments/month, and assisted autonomy; LinkedIn is not included.
Starter	79.00 USD per month	1 user, 8 outreach inboxes, 3 active campaigns, 450 email/day, 75 LinkedIn/day, 1,000 enrichments/month, and optional autonomy.
Growth	249.00 USD per month	3 users, 20 outreach inboxes, 10 active campaigns, 1,500 email/day, 300 LinkedIn/day, 5,000 enrichments/month, and CRM + LinkedIn workflows.
Pro	599.00 USD per month	10 users, 60 outreach inboxes, 25 active campaigns, 4,500 email/day, 900 LinkedIn/day, 15,000 enrichments/month, and the highest automation tier.

Free is a practical way for one person to assess a single campaign, but the 90-email daily cap, one-campaign ceiling, and lack of LinkedIn make it a limited operating tier. Starter raises those quotas and adds LinkedIn outreach, but still has one user and only three campaigns; it fits a solo operator who wants more room without team seats. Growth is the first tier with three users and CRM + LinkedIn workflows, making it the more plausible fit for a small team running several campaigns. Pro expands capacity to ten users and 25 campaigns and offers the highest automation tier; its 599.00 USD per month price makes sense only when those higher volumes and team capacity are needed.

Platforms

Alokite is available on the web. Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn are supported connections, not additional platform listings.

Who it's for

Alokite is a fit for solo founders and growing teams that need to prioritize leads, tailor outreach, manage replies, and route prospects toward meetings or purchase. The free and Starter tiers are sized for an individual; Growth and Pro add seats and campaign capacity for teams. It is less suitable for buyers who need LinkedIn on the free tier, want more than one seat at the entry paid price, or prefer not to review AI-generated outreach before use.

Pros and cons

Pros

One workflow spans company research, lead ranking, tailored outreach, replies, and conversion routing, reducing the need to coordinate each stage separately.
Reply handling can update CRM context and pause for human review, which leaves room for oversight rather than forcing every conversation through automation.
The free tier provides one user, one campaign, and 90 email/day without a subscription, enough to explore a constrained workflow.
Suppression for unsubscribe, do-not-contact, bounce, and complaint signals is a useful safeguard for queued outreach.

Cons

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, so users must review messages rather than assume generated copy is ready to send.
Free excludes LinkedIn and allows just one active campaign; sustained or multichannel use calls for a paid tier.
Starter remains limited to one user, so a team needs Growth at 249.00 USD per month or above for multiple seats.
Connected workflows involve access to mailbox content and calendar data needed for the service, a meaningful consideration for privacy-conscious buyers.

Verdict

Choose Alokite if you are a solo founder or growing team that wants research, outreach, reply handling, and conversion routing in one sales workflow, with plan capacity that can scale from one user to ten. Its strongest reason to buy is that connected scope; its main caution is that AI-generated messages require review, while entry tiers impose firm seat, campaign, and channel limits. Look elsewhere if those constraints outweigh the value of keeping the workflow together.
