Overview

Adlega connects a 36-month forecast for MRR, costs, cash, runway, profit and loss, and KPIs. Its model has more than 40 drivers, with downstream figures updating when an assumption changes. That makes it a better fit for teams assessing how operating decisions affect the business than for users who only need a short-term revenue projection.

The month-by-month MRR waterfall separates new, expansion, contraction and churned revenue. Users can plan roles, salaries and start dates, compare scenarios, and use goal seek to find drivers for a target. Three-statement modeling and valuation models extend its scope beyond a basic SaaS forecast.

Key features

The AI CFO can create forecasts from plain-language descriptions and answer questions using model data, with answers traceable to drivers and formulas. That traceability helps users inspect how an answer relates to the model, but it does not make AI output authoritative: Adlega warns that forecasts and other AI outputs may be inaccurate and are informational, not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Model data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce AI responses, and Adlega says it does not use customer data to train AI models. Analytics cookies load only after consent; session recordings mask typed input, are deleted after 30 days, and are stored in the EU. Those measures provide concrete privacy safeguards, though teams should consider the external AI processing before using sensitive model data.

Pricing

Adlega has a free plan and paid plans with monthly-equivalent prices tied to annual billing. Compare the annual commitment with the stated post-launch monthly price before upgrading.

Free: 0.00 USD per free, billed Free forever ($0 /mo). It includes one financial model, core forecasts, MRR and runway, 15 Adlega Tokens per month, and a read-only share link. This is a useful starting point, but one model, a small token allowance and read-only sharing limit its fit for collaborative planning.
Founder: 41.00 USD per month, billed annually ($490/yr), with $82/mo after launch. It allows up to three models and includes 150 Adlega Tokens per month, multiple editable scenarios, one integration and a basic investor export. It suits an early SaaS team that needs scenario work and one actuals-sync integration; the token quota and single integration constrain heavier use.
Growth: 124.00 USD per month, billed annually ($1,490/yr), with $248/mo after launch. It includes unlimited models, 1,000 Adlega Tokens per month, collaborators, and Google Analytics, Google Ads, Stripe and Chargebee integrations. The larger model and token allowances suit growing teams connecting multiple operating inputs, though the plan is rolling out now.
Scale: custom pricing. It adds multi-entity consolidation, SSO, API access and dedicated support, making it the relevant tier for organizations with consolidation or access-control needs.

The free tier avoids a subscription but caps users at one model and 15 tokens per month. Founder and Growth show annual-billing rates alongside higher post-launch monthly prices, so their lower monthly equivalents require accepting the annual term.

Platforms

Adlega supports web and API access. Its integrations are tier-dependent: Founder includes one integration, while Growth names Google Analytics, Google Ads, Stripe and Chargebee.

Who it's for

Adlega is strongest for SaaS founders, CEOs and finance teams that need to connect MRR, hiring, costs and runway over a 36-month horizon. Founder is the more contained option for early teams building scenarios around one integration; Growth is better suited to teams needing collaborators, more tokens and several named integrations. Users seeking authoritative AI-generated financial advice should look elsewhere, and teams that do not need linked SaaS operating metrics may find this model broader than necessary.

Pros and cons

Pros: A 36-month model links more than 40 drivers across MRR, costs, cash, runway, P&L and KPIs, helping teams see the implications of changing assumptions.
Pros: Monthly MRR components, hiring plans, scenario comparisons and goal seek support operating decisions rather than just reporting a revenue total.
Pros: A permanent free tier and a read-only share link let users start modeling without a paid plan.
Cons: Free is limited to one model and 15 tokens per month, while Founder allows only one integration and 150 tokens per month.
Cons: Founder and Growth display annual rates alongside higher post-launch monthly prices, making the billing commitment material to the choice.
Cons: AI outputs can be inaccurate, and Growth is still rolling out.

Alternatives

For lighter forecasting, Uniflow offers a free plan with one revenue stream, one scenario and a six-month forecast; it is a closer fit when that narrower scope is enough. Cast may suit users comparing saved models and AI-credit allowances, with a free tier offering 60 AI credits per month and three saved models, and a $15.00 USD per month Pro plan with 1,000 AI credits per month.

Financial Modelling Pro is worth considering for users who prefer sector templates: its free plan includes 17 templates and one project, with browser-local saving, watermarked PDF export and 20 Sammy messages per month. Valutico is the alternative to consider when valuation work or a data room and diligence access is the priority; it offers free data room or Diligence access and has a paid pricing model.

LivePlan is a broader platform option for readers who need mobile or desktop apps as well as web access; its Standard plan costs 20.00 USD per month and includes one active company, five contributors and unlimited guests. Cube, Vena and Workday Adaptive Planning are paid alternatives with custom or unlisted pricing; Workday Adaptive Planning also offers a 30-day free trial.

Verdict

Choose Adlega if you are a SaaS founder or finance team that needs a connected, driver-based view of revenue, hiring and cash across scenarios. Its breadth is the main reason to choose it; the strongest reasons to look elsewhere are its limited lower-tier quotas, annual-billing commitment and the need to treat AI output as informational rather than advice.
