Overview

CXcherry is a customer education platform for organizations that train customers on their products. It is best suited to teams that need structured courses, partner portals and multiple delivery formats; its free entry point is useful, but storage, support and some higher-tier capabilities are plan-dependent.

Its range of content formats and integrations makes it a credible option for customer training programs, though the higher plans are where classroom delivery and AI capabilities appear.

Key features

Course design and delivery

Courses can use SCORM 1.2 packages, video, files, assessments and HTML pages, with learning paths to organize material into a sequence. Certifications are supported too, making the platform relevant to programs that need to guide learners through staged training rather than distribute standalone lessons.

CXcherry supports e-learning and virtual instructor-led training. Classroom training is reserved for Growth and Custom, so organizations combining digital learning with in-person sessions will need one of those plans. AI recommendations are also limited to Growth and Custom, and AI Assist is listed for Custom only; those features are not part of the lower-cost entry options.

Portals, integrations and security

Partner portals, custom branding and single sign-on are among its capabilities. Integrations include Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom for training delivery, alongside HubSpot, Power BI, BambooHR, Zimyo, iMocha, Stripe and PayPal. Open APIs, plus APIs and webhooks for custom integrations, offer a route to connect systems beyond the named services.

CXcherry says it stores personal information on secure servers and encrypts its database, with credentials and data encryption used where appropriate. It processes personal data in India, while some recipients are based in Europe, the UK and the US. Under applicable EEA data protection laws, it identifies itself as controller for website visitors and customers, and processor for customers’ end users.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed yearly, and requires no credit card. It has limited storage and limited email support, making it a low-commitment way to start but a constrained choice for larger training libraries or support needs.

Starter costs 83.00 USD per month, billed yearly at $999 /yr. It includes two portals, unlimited storage and unlimited email support. That makes it a more practical step for teams that have outgrown the free storage or support limits, though it does not include the Growth plan’s stated e-commerce and all in-app integrations.

Growth costs 321.00 USD per month, billed yearly at $3,850 /yr. It provides 10 free courses, five portals, e-commerce and all in-app integrations, as well as AI recommendations, classroom training, standard implementation and onboarding support. The course allowance and price make it a better fit for established programs that need those additions than for teams seeking only basic online training.

Custom has custom pricing and custom numbers of users and portals. It adds phone and virtual support, and is the only plan listing AI Assist. Organizations needing flexible scale or that feature set will need to discuss a custom arrangement.

Platforms

CXcherry supports web, Android, iOS and API access. That mix suits programs that need browser and mobile access or integrations through APIs.

Who it's for

CXcherry is aimed at small, medium and large enterprises providing product training to customers. The free plan may suit a small program testing the format, while Starter offers more room and email support. Teams that need classroom training, AI recommendations, or broader portal and integration capacity should consider Growth; Custom is the fit when user or portal counts need tailoring or AI Assist and higher-touch support matter.

Pros and cons

Pros: Broad course content support, learning paths and certifications give teams several ways to structure customer education.
Pros: Multiple training formats and a substantial integration set can accommodate varied delivery and business workflows.
Pros: Starter removes storage limits and provides unlimited email support compared with the constrained free tier.
Cons: Free storage and email support are limited, which may quickly constrain an active program.
Cons: Classroom training and AI recommendations require Growth or Custom, while AI Assist is Custom-only.
Cons: Growth is a significant step up in annual cost from Starter, and Custom has no fixed published price.

Alternatives

FreshLearn is worth considering for a course-selling setup: its free plan includes one product, 25 manual enrollments and five sales pages, and it also offers a free trial.

Airstride is an alternative for teams focused on partner management, with a free plan for up to three partners that includes a partner dashboard, deal management, account mapping and CRM integration.

TalentLMS offers a no-time-limit free plan for up to five active users and 10 active courses, which may suit a small training operation with a tight learner cap.

eloomi is another option, with plans that include LMS/LXP capabilities, course building, SCORM content, learning plans and certifications.

Continu may suit organizations comparing paid plans sized by monthly active users, with tiers described for under 1,000 and 1,000–5,000 users.

Paradiso LMS is an alternative with a Growth plan described for 1–500 seats and five courses, and an Enterprise plan for broader learner capacity.

AlphaLearn may merit consideration for buyers looking for cloud or enterprise LMS offerings, with a free trial and support for 12 Indian languages on its Cloud LMS.

Enthral.ai is another paid option with custom quotes per organisation.

Verdict

CXcherry is a strong candidate for organizations building structured customer education across digital and instructor-led formats, especially when portals, integrations and learning paths are central. Its free plan lowers the barrier to entry, but limited storage and support make it a starting point rather than a durable choice for many programs. Choose Growth for classroom training and AI recommendations; look elsewhere if those needs do not justify its higher annual price or if a small, tightly capped free plan is a better match.
