Your Child's Day is software for documenting and operating Montessori early education centres, schools, and family day care. Its library contains more than 500 Montessori activities linked to national frameworks such as EYLF and Te Whāriki, and the maker says a record can be created in under 30 seconds. Educators can record food, drinks, toileting, sleep, health checks, mood, and incidents. Centre administration includes CSV onboarding for staff, family, and child data, staff sign-in tracking, and room and under-roof ratio compliance. The service also provides enrollment management, family communication, attendance and check-in, billing and payments, and lesson planning. It runs on the web, Android, iOS, and macOS. Listed requirements include iOS 11 or later, Android SDK 21 or later, and macOS 11 or later on an Apple M1-or-later Mac. The All-inclusive plan costs 2.00 USD per month per child, with no setup fees, hidden costs, or lock-in contracts. A free parent app is available.
