What WinPCSIGN is

WinPCSIGN is Windows software for sign making, garment work and CNC machining, with editions for different production needs. BASIC is designed for crafters making vinyl lettering, car lettering, garment and wall decoration, and signs. Its cutter controls include weeding boxes, mirror mode, rotation, pressure, speed and downforce; it also includes thousands of vector designs and can import purchased vector artwork. PRO adds T-shirt and rhinestone creation, font creation, cost estimation, image vectorization and contour cutting. The CNC software generates G-code and configures cutting around selected bits and materials. Monument supports vector files such as DXF, AI, EPS, SVG and PDF, along with JPEG, GIF, BMP and PNG images, for work including stone signs, pet memorials and architectural glass. Its package includes a USB dongle that allows offline operation. BASIC 18 is $299, paid once, PRO 18 is $425, paid once, and MONUMENT is $799, paid once. Older versions are no longer available from the download page or supported and updated.

Limits

BASIC 18 covers vinyl cutting, while PRO 18 adds listed printing, contour-cutting, rhinestone, and T-shirt functions. MONUMENT is a separate $799, paid once package with a USB dongle and installation CD; older versions are no longer supported or updated.

Getting started

1. Choose BASIC 18, PRO 18, or MONUMENT
2. Use a supported Windows version from Windows XP through Windows 11
3. Install the selected edition through online activation or the Monument package
4. Connect the Monument USB dongle when using that package
5. Import supported artwork or select vector designs
6. Configure cutter, plotter, bits, or materials for the project
