For CAM, it automates annual reconciliations, separates recoverable from non-recoverable charges, and creates tenant statements from ledger data. Percentage-rent calculations support natural and artificial breakpoints, custom rules, tenant exceptions, and auditable quarterly true-ups. Tax escalation calculations use factors such as square footage, lease start dates, and exclusions, then post a single general-ledger entry. Meter readings become consumption-based charges posted to tenant ledgers in real time.

The accounting system is a double-entry ledger with 101 Yardi-compatible accounts, cent-level precision, period locking, audit trails, 1099 generation, and fixed-asset depreciation. A lease scanner extracts 22 fields and gives each a confidence score; users review fields scoring below 85%. Investor capabilities include multi-entity consolidation, waterfall distributions, K-1 generation, and a self-service portal. Plaid bank feeds use AI transaction matching.
