What Twój e-PIT is

Twój e-PIT is a free e-Urząd Skarbowy service for preparing and filing an annual Polish personal income tax return online. The tax administration prepares a return from data it holds, which users can review, accept, modify, and submit. Supported filings include PIT-28, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-38, and, when applicable, PIT-OP and PIT-DZ. Individuals can file alone or jointly with a spouse, including people with employment, business, rental, investment, and other listed income. A prepared return can be changed to add relief and deductions such as child relief and donations. Access is available through the web and the e-Urząd Skarbowy app for Android 10 or later and iOS 16 or later. Sign-in options include mObywatel, e-ID, online banking, Trusted Profile, tax data, or the e-US app. The service is optional and available year-round.
