What TrueParse is

TrueParse is a free World of Warcraft addon that scores how players contribute to group encounters. It evaluates DPS by damage, healers by healing, tanks by active-mitigation uptime, and Augmentation Evokers by damage enabled through their buffs. The score starts with Warcraft Logs percentile data and shows adjustments for actions such as interrupts, mechanics, and cooldown timing. After a fight, it can suggest a change that could improve a score and explain deaths using encounter data. Reports include scorecards, run reports, career tracking, trends, awards, dungeon notes, and a recap for each death. Players can review interrupt coverage, cooldown timing, dispel reaction times, healer mana timelines, and Bloodlust use. A Raw view shows Warcraft Logs percentile data for ranked bosses, brackets, and specializations. Players can share combat facts such as defensive cooldowns and consumables over an addon channel; missing shared data does not lower the score. The addon supports Retail and Mists of Pandaria Classic. On Retail, some combat-log extras are unavailable because Blizzard hides other players’ casts and mid-combat values. Encounter matching uses English names, so non-English clients may use wider population pools.
