What TheMetrics is

TheMetrics is a paid web service that turns ClickUp and GitLab work into engineering cost analysis, delivery forecasts, DORA metrics, and reports. Cost views apply a configured payroll model and can report by feature, team, or quarter. Delivery analytics cover throughput, lead time, cycle time, inventory, and workflow bottlenecks. Forecasts use completed work to produce P50 and P85 dates and update as sprints close. AI reports, KPI scorecards, and summaries use the dashboard figures and show the delivery data behind them. Connections use read-only OAuth; TheMetrics says it does not read source-file contents or ClickUp passwords. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and each customer’s stored metrics are logically isolated. Team and Business plans include a 14-day trial without a credit card. Team costs $19 a month with a 10-engineer minimum; Business costs $29 a month with the same minimum. Enterprise pricing is custom.
