What Terra Mail is
Terra Mail is a paid email manager from Terra Mail for personal use and businesses, supplied by Terra Networks Brasil S.A. in São Paulo, Brazil. It works on the web, Windows, iOS, and Android, with desktop and mobile access. Mailboxes provide 25 GB of storage and include calendar, contacts, and tasks. Organization tools include folders, signatures, automatic messages, and filters. Terra says its smart filtering learns from your actions and places new messages into groups you define. A reading certificate can notify you when a recipient receives an email. Spam is sent to junk mail, with one-click unsubscribe, and the service lists Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware, and Ransomware filters. IMAP, POP, and SMTP configuration are listed, with setup guidance for Android, iOS, and Outlook. Human support is advertised 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Custom domains are not supported. Listed annual packages cover one, five, or 15 mailboxes, while monthly and annual plans are also shown without prices.
