SpamHero Business Email Security is a cloud service that filters incoming email for a domain and forwards clean messages to the customer’s mail server. It filters spam, viruses, and malware, including Microsoft Office macros, and also offers outbound filtering and impersonation protection. Users can search quarantine and view or recover held messages. If a customer’s mail server goes down, three redundant servers in separate data centers can queue email for up to five days.

The service documents Microsoft 365 mail-flow routing and connects to Microsoft Entra ID through Microsoft Graph API to set up valid email addresses.
