Skilljar is an external learning management system for delivering customer education through Academies, communities, and in-app experiences. It supports personalized learning paths, live sessions, assessments, certificates, and certifications. Academy sites can be customized using templates, HTML, or CSS and configured for gated or public access. Training can be sold as courses, learning paths, subscriptions, or credits, with Stripe and PayPal among the payment integrations.
