What Skechum is
Skechum is a web-based AI tool that turns text prompts into illustrations and can use reference images to guide creation. Users can choose styles such as doodle, line art, watercolor and Notion Minimal, described as minimalist black-and-white illustrations. Generated files can be downloaded as PNG, JPG or SVG, and commercial use is included. Skechum says users retain rights to generated images under a worldwide, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use. Users must not infringe others’ intellectual property or make unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works. There is no free plan. Credits are sold with no subscription: 150 credits cost $8 a month, 400 credits cost $14 a month, and 800 credits cost $30 a month. The pricing page states that two credits equal one generation. Sign-in supports Google and Figma. Skechum was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Bhopal, India. Email support is listed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. IST, and the service invites creators to share work with its community.
