What Simple Affiliate is

Simple Affiliate is a Shopify app for merchants who run affiliate and referral programs on their own stores. Affiliates sign in through store customer accounts and use an integrated dashboard instead of an off-site portal. Referral links are available on every plan, while discount codes and product-, variant-, and collection-based commissions require Pro or above. Payout options include Autopay, PayPal, store credit, and manual payouts. PayPal and store credit payouts have 0% Simple Affiliate processing fees on every plan; manual payouts have 0% processing on Premium. Autopay can generate 1099 tax forms for eligible U.S. affiliates. Anti-spam controls address fake signups and self-referrals, and Basic and higher plans include Klaviyo integration.
