What SecureCube Access Check is

SecureCube Access Check is a privileged-ID access-management solution for companies seeking to protect against attacks that abuse privileged IDs. It centralizes privileged account and password management, access control, request and approval workflows, log management, and audit assistance. Account controls cover inventory and remediation, scheduled password updates, password concealment, and temporary password issuance. The system records access and operations, encrypts logs, restricts decrypted-log access to authorized auditors, and checks for tampering or deletion. For audit work, it links application requests with operation logs and provides daily reports, dashboards, bypass-login detection, keyword and sensitive-information detection, and confirmation functions. Authentication can use Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or OpenLDAP credentials, alongside its own LDAP. Optional one-time-password MFA supports software or hardware tokens. Its gateway architecture supports on-premises and cloud environments without installing software on endpoints or managed devices, and it can manage servers, network devices, and cloud services. A WebAPI can connect workflow functions and transfer ITSM-submitted requests. The ServiceNow integration handles privileged-access requests and approvals in ServiceNow ITSM, with contracts for both products required. NRI Secure states that the solution addresses FISC safety standards, J-SOX, and PCI DSS guidelines.

Limits

The one-month trial is limited to corporate customers. In the provider-managed AWS trial environment, Access Check Essential cannot be used and troubleshooting is limited to business hours. Access Check Essential has managed-device caps of 20, 50, 200, or 500 and a maximum of 10 policies; the Cloud Auditor service retains logs for 15 months.

2. Contact the provider for a quotation for the selected edition or service.
3. For the one-month trial, apply as a corporate customer; the provider-managed AWS trial does not support Access Check Essential.
4. Select a deployment approach: the gateway architecture supports on-premises and cloud environments, and Cloud Auditor is an AWS managed service.
5. If using the ServiceNow integration, arrange contracts for both ServiceNow Platform and Access Check.
