Salesforce Trailhead offers training to build Salesforce and AI skills for work and career development. Learners practise in real Salesforce environments by working through business scenarios, automating workflows, building AI agents and extending Salesforce into work tools. Its learning options include badges, guided trails and journeys, superbadges and custom playlists called Trailmixes. Learners can earn badges and prepare for more than 60 official Salesforce certifications. The Trailblazer Community provides feeds, groups, topics and local meetings for questions and collaboration, while Salesforce Help and community experts offer support. Trailhead GO brings learning content and access to the Trailblazer network to mobile apps. Trailhead MCP lets compatible AI assistants search public learning content and retrieve badge or trail material in Markdown, but it cannot award badges, track progress or access private learner and account data. Salesforce says MCP does not store prompts, queries or user data or use interactions to train AI models. Trailhead has a free plan at no cost and is available on Android, iOS, web and API.
