What Rexipe is

Rexipe is an iOS kitchen companion for saving recipes, planning meals, and preparing grocery lists. It can generate a full recipe from a written description or ingredients, with quantities, steps, AI-estimated nutrition, and an allergen check against saved allergies. Recipes can also be imported from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and recipe websites into a searchable cookbook. Instagram imports depend on the recipe appearing in the caption; Rex reads captions on-device rather than analyzing video.

The meal planner builds a week around dietary restrictions, household size, and macro targets, and updates plans when meals are swapped. Grocery lists combine ingredients from recipes or meal plans, merge duplicates, sort by aisle, and can be edited and shared. The free plan includes monthly limits on generated recipes and plans, imports, cookbooks, and household profiles; existing content remains usable after reaching a limit, and overages are not billed. Pro and Pro Max have prices shown in the app and begin with a seven-day trial requiring an Apple ID payment method. The trial renews as a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

Limits

Pro and Pro Max also have monthly limits for generated recipes and meal plans; when a limit is reached, new creation waits until the next month, while existing content remains usable and overages are not billed.
