PriceCharting tracks current and past prices for video games, consoles, accessories and other collectibles. It also lets users record items they own and see their collection’s total value, with tracking available across browsing, search and item details. The service says prices are refreshed daily. For video games, it combines sold listings from eBay and its marketplace to produce a value for each game and condition. Users can also buy and sell items in its database, including trading cards, comics, coins and toys. PriceCharting has Android and iOS apps, a web app and an API. The API offers price and marketplace functions, uses HTTPS and JSON, and requires a subscription-specific token. A free account includes collection tracking, a wishlist, monthly collection reports, marketplace access and price search. Collector Sub costs 6.00 USD per month; Legendary Sub costs 49.00 USD per month and adds downloadable price lists and API access. API use is limited to one call per second, and CSV calls to one every 10 minutes. CSV downloads are limited to current values and Legendary subscribers.
