PicGIF
What PicGIF is
PicGIF is a macOS app for creating animated GIFs from photos and short videos, combining images, GIFs, and video into one animation, and revising existing GIFs. Video clips can be trimmed before conversion. For GIFs, you can change size, speed, frame delay, and playback sequence, then add and customize text or stickers, including overlays. Image effects and adjustments, a real-time preview, and quality optimization are available before export. Supported image formats include JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, TGA, and RAW. Video support includes MOV, MPEG, MP4, M4V, 3GP, and AVI. Finished GIFs can be exported to Finder or sent through Tumblr, email, or iMessage; iMessage sharing requires Mac OS X 10.8 or later. The single-user personal license is $19.99, paid once. The purchase includes removal of limitations and the splash screen, lifetime support, and a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.
