Overgrad is a college and career readiness platform for organizations supporting student planning and post-graduation outcomes. Students can explore colleges, careers, trades, apprenticeships, and military options, then create likely, match, and reach lists based on their records. Counselors can manage applications, financial aid, deadlines, milestones, and student outreach by text and email in one place. Overgrad Success verifies college enrollment and persistence through the National Student Clearinghouse. Leaders can review outcomes by school, counselor, and cohort and use them to guide future plans. Listed integrations include PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, Synergy, Common App, Google Workspace SSO, and the National Student Clearinghouse; GraphQL and REST API access is also available for custom integrations. Security features include role-based permissions, FERPA agreement workflows, audit trails, two-factor authentication, and encryption. Overgrad says student data is not used to train an outside AI model, and districts can enable or disable AI features running in a closed AWS system.
