What Modhub is

Modhub is a free web directory for discovering, sharing, and downloading Minecraft modifications for Forge and Fabric. Users can browse by category, loader, and genre, then download files and follow installation instructions supplied by creators. A free account is required to download mods and can also track favorites. Creators can upload mods, manage versions, add detailed descriptions, and use automatic categorization. Before publication, the moderation team reviews uploads for safety and compliance with community guidelines; the site says this usually takes 24–48 hours. Modhub says it was created by Minecraft players, but does not identify an operating company, headquarters, or founding date. Users must be at least 13 to create an account. Its privacy policy says it collects account and profile details, uploaded content, device and usage data, IP address, approximate location, and cookie data. The site says it uses technical and organizational measures to protect information, while noting that absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Support is listed at [email protected].
