What Jihosoft Photo Recovery is

Jihosoft Photo Recovery is a paid, do-it-yourself utility for recovering deleted photos, videos, and audio files on Windows and macOS. It can scan PC and laptop drives, hard drives, USB drives, memory cards, cameras, and camcorders. Listed recovery situations include deletion, formatting, repartitioning, system reinstallation, virus attacks, and emptying the Recycle Bin. Supported formats include common images, camera RAW files, video, and audio such as JPEG, CR2, MP4, and MP3. A quick scan, file preview, and filters such as file size help users select results before recovery. Scanning runs in read-only mode, and a Create Image feature can make an image of removable media for later scanning. Interrupted scans are recorded so they can resume from the stopping point. There is no free plan, but a free trial is listed. The Personal Edition costs $39.95, paid once for a lifetime license covering one device and one PC. The Commercial License is $129, paid once for five devices and five PCs. The Mac version is $69.95, paid once, billed annually.
