iTop VPN

iTop VPN routes a device’s connection through its own servers to conceal the user’s IP address and reach online content. It is aimed at people who want streaming, gaming and social-service server choices alongside privacy controls on desktop and mobile. The free tier is mainly a short-use option because its daily allowance is small.

Overview

iTop says it operates more than 3,200 servers in over 100 locations, including dedicated infrastructure for streaming, gaming and social services. Smart Location can select a stable connection automatically, while country and server search gives more control. The named use cases include Netflix, Disney+, WhatsApp, TikTok, COD, PUBG and Roblox, so the service is a plausible fit for users switching between entertainment and other region-dependent services; a dedicated server does not ensure that every service will work in every location.

On Windows, iTop describes AES-256 encryption, a no-log policy and RAM-only servers that erase data after reboot. The same product page lists a kill switch, WebRTC leak protection, and IPv4, IPv6 and DNS masking. Those are useful layers for users concerned about exposure, although the published security description is specifically for Windows rather than a uniform promise across every platform.

Key features

Double VPN adds another routing layer, while split tunneling lets users separate traffic that should use the VPN from traffic that should not. Ad blocking is included, and a dark web monitor alerts users when it detects leaked information; that alerting function should not be treated as leak prevention. Windows users can choose TCP, UDP or HTTPS protocols.

There is one practical inconsistency to check before subscribing: the current store page advertises eight simultaneous connections, while the FAQ says an account can be logged in on up to five devices at once. Dedicated IP is not included as a standard entitlement; it is a separate paid service, including for existing VIP subscribers. Support directs users to in-app feedback and says replies generally arrive within 24–48 hours.

Pricing

Free access

The Free plan costs nothing and allows 300 MB per day. The Free Version also specifies 20 servers in five locations and 1 Gbps standard servers. That quota can cover occasional checks or light browsing, but it is not suitable for regular streaming or sustained downloads. An Extra 1-Year VIP Plan is shown at no cost as a free gift with the 2-Year Plan, rather than as a standalone paid tier.

Paid access

The 1 Month plan is $11.99 a month, billed 11.99 USD. The 6 Months plan is $6.99 a month, billed 41.99 USD. The 12 Months plan is $3.99 a year, billed 47.99 USD. Each provides eight devices, 3,200+ VIP servers, and unlimited data and bandwidth. The annual term is the clearest fit for frequent users; the monthly option costs more for flexibility, while six months sits between the two.

A 1-Year Plan costs $47.99 a year and lists 10x faster internet speed, unlimited daily data, 3,200+ servers and eight simultaneous connections. A 2-Year Plan costs $59.99 a year with the same stated benefits. Premium 12 Months, Premium 24 Months and Premium 24 Months + Extra 1-Year (36 months total access) list eight devices but custom pricing, so their value cannot be judged from a published amount.

Platforms

iTop VPN supports Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. The eight-device claims should be reconciled with the FAQ’s five-device login limit before relying on simultaneous use across a household.

Who it's for

Choose it for named streaming, gaming or social-service server options, broad location selection and Windows privacy controls such as a kill switch and leak defenses. It is a poor match for anyone needing substantial free data, Linux support, or a clearly consistent device-limit policy. Users who require a dedicated IP should budget for that separate service.

Pros and cons

• Pros: More than 3,200 servers in over 100 locations; dedicated server categories for streaming, gaming and social services; Windows kill switch, leak defenses and masking; split tunneling, Double VPN and dark web alerts; paid plans advertise unlimited data and eight connections.
• Cons: The free service is capped at 300 MB daily; the store and FAQ disagree on five versus eight simultaneous devices; dedicated IP costs extra; premium tiers without a stated price make comparison harder.

Alternatives

Pick Cloudflare WARP for encrypted device traffic and DNS modes across more platforms, including Linux and the web. Choose hide.me if a 30-day money-back guarantee or unlimited-data premium offer matters. Proton VPN suits users wanting a free plan with unlimited data on one device and no credit card requirement. Windscribe is preferable when a free allowance of up to 10 GB per month and 10 countries fits better. Betternet Free offers a free, ad-supported option and paid plans for up to 10 devices. Hotspot Shield has a free tier with 500 MB daily, one US location and a 2 Mbps limit. PrivadoVPN gives free users 10 GB and one device. Psiphon is an alternative with premium ad removal and faster VPN access.

Verdict

iTop VPN is a sensible choice for users on Android, iOS, macOS or Windows who value streaming-oriented locations, extra privacy tools and unlimited-data paid plans. Look elsewhere if you need a useful free allowance, Linux or web support, transparent premium pricing, or certainty about whether five or eight devices can connect at once.
