What Hitask is

Hitask is task management software for teams that brings project planning, everyday tasks, and collaboration together. It includes projects, tasks, events, subtasks, comments, tags, due dates, and recurring tasks. Team members can assign and share work, coordinate on a shared calendar, and message in team chat. Hitask tracks time spent on tasks and provides progress and time reports. Email and in-app notifications can flag assignments, comments, and completed tasks. Its apps support offline use and synchronize changes after the connection returns. Hitask is available on the web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and as an extension. Integrations include Google Calendar, iCalendar, Outlook, email, Zapier, IFTTT, and a public API. The free plan costs nothing for up to five users, with unlimited tasks and projects and 0.5 GB of file storage per team; it does not include sharing. Team Business lists unlimited storage and selective sharing, while Enterprise costs $20 a month per user and includes single sign-on, personalized onboarding, and 24/7 priority support. Hitask was founded in 2006 and released publicly in March 2007.
