Gratisography is a free website for downloading high-resolution stock photos and editable EPS vector graphics. Photographer and creative Ryan McGuire founded it in 2011. The collection emphasizes distinctive images selected for personality, perspective, and story rather than a uniform look. Visitors can search the homepage, browse trending and recent items, or explore whimsical, animals, people, urban, nature, and business categories. Photos and vectors can be downloaded for personal and commercial projects under the Gratisography license. The site allows photo use and modification for advertising, print, websites, and merchandise when the image itself is not the merchandise. It prohibits redistribution through other stock sites or apps and giving files to others for their use. Specified unlawful, hateful, defamatory, pornographic, and other prohibited uses are also restricted. Gratisography notes that separate trademark, publicity, or privacy rights may apply and are not warranted. The site uses cookies, Google AdSense, and third-party behavioral tracking.
