Recipients choose gift cards, physical gifts, or custom swag through a single link. Gifted says its catalog includes more than 4,500 gift card brands across more than 150 countries, with localized catalogs and currencies. Birthdays and work anniversaries can sync from an HR platform to trigger gifts automatically. Senders can track gifts in reports and export reporting. Its integrations page lists more than 45 HR integrations and more than 50 sales and marketing integrations, including BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, Workday, Deel, and Paylocity. The Free plan has no platform, seat, or setup fees, but organizations pay the face value of gifts. ACH and wire funding are free; card payments have a 3% fee, and international payments have a 5% FX fee. Gifted states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR and CCPA compliant. Human support and access to a gifting expert are included at no platform cost.
