What GAASFlow is
GAASFlow is web-based audit engagement software for independent and growing CPA firms. It keeps evidence, conclusions, review notes, and sign-offs in a shared engagement file. Trial balances can be imported by CSV or pasted, mapped to cycles, and used to seed lead workpapers, with prior-year variance and materiality assistance. Guided workpapers support evidence attachments, linked review notes, electronic preparer and reviewer stamps, locks, and partner approvals. A client PBC portal gives expiring, token-scoped access to requests without exposing internal workpapers, risks, conclusions, or review notes. GAASFlow exports governed report-package PDFs and portable engagement ZIPs with integrity manifests; released engagements can also include a client-delivery DOCX. Security controls include HTTPS/TLS, encryption at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access, TOTP MFA options, and session revocation. A seven-day trial includes three seats and a sample engagement without a credit card. Starter costs $349 a month, billed monthly.
