FieldBin brings day-to-day field service work into one system, with tools for scheduling, dispatching, customer records, estimates, invoicing, inventory and reporting. Its drag-and-drop calendar is available from any device, so managers can assign technicians to jobs. The CRM keeps client details, pipeline information and maintenance or service reminders together. FieldBin can send invoices, accept online credit-card payments through Stripe and automatically send payment reminders. Technicians can check in and out through the mobile app, creating geo-tagged timestamps. The service is available on the web and through apps for iOS and Android phones and tablets. Other capabilities include route optimization, recurring services, quote estimates and customer follow-up; online booking is not available. Integrations include Intuit QuickBooks and two-way SMS through a dedicated business phone number. FieldBin does not support email or personal calendar integrations. The paid plans include Basic at $19 a month for one user, Sync at $65 a month for one to five users, and Build at $99 a month for six to 15 users.
