DonorCloud brings fundraising campaigns, donations, events, Gift Aid and donor records into a web platform designed for UK charities and community amateur sports clubs (CASCs). Charities can build branded campaign pages with images, video, donation choices and custom content. Supporters can give once or monthly and may cover transaction fees. Ticketed events combine registration, attendee tracking and donations. Donor records can hold contact details, giving history, Gift Aid declarations and supporter activity. Declarations are collected at checkout; submitting claims to HMRC through an API is available on paid plans. Supporters may apply to fundraise for a charity, which reviews and publishes their pages. Donations go directly to the charity’s Stripe account, and a Stripe account is required to onboard. All plans support CSV import and export and authenticator-app two-factor authentication.
