What CARS Learning is

CARS Learning is an online driver education platform for driving schools and students, with its home page naming Ontario and Nova Scotia as approved curriculum regions. It offers a Beginner Driver Education course that the maker says meets Ontario Ministry of Transportation requirements. The course teaches theory through Ontario driving environments, animated interactive slides, learner activities, and HomeLinks featuring games, articles, and videos. Students can take practice tests and track their progress, then sign and download their course completion record on any device. For driving schools, the web portal provides enrollment and student-status dashboards, student records, search, messaging, and profile management. Staff can track module completion, quiz scores, submitted HomeLinks, final test results, completion percentage, and time spent. Schools can create branded registration links for students to submit enrollment requests. A separate custom website service supports online registrations and payments, with new students automatically synced to the CARS Learning portal. Its listed website features include responsive design, Google Maps integration, email notifications, analytics, hosting, SSL, maintenance, and Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA. The platform also lists an elderly driver safety course, a G1 preparation course, and in-vehicle instructor support material. CARS Learning says it was created in 2009 to serve Ontario driving schools. Platform pricing is available on request.
